D Mac 11-14-2010 05:23 PM

RoXer 11-14-2010 05:31 PM

Greg Toler is really trying to give this game to Seattle. Thank god the Seahawks commited penalties.

RoXer 11-14-2010 05:32 PM

Lol, nvm. Greg Toler completely failed to pick somone up in motion and gave up a 30 yd pass. Unreal

IC Champion 11-14-2010 05:33 PM

Arizona sucks.

DaveWadding 11-14-2010 05:33 PM

Crimson 11-14-2010 05:39 PM

'Boys responding well. If they win one game only the rest of the way ,i'd like it to be this one fuck the Giants

RoXer 11-14-2010 05:59 PM

Yesssssss. Whisenhunt took out Toler. Thank god. Thought I nwas the only person on earth who saw that. He's a pretty good coach for noticing, I suppose. He's a keeper

RoXer 11-14-2010 06:00 PM

drc with a pick

Now were cookin

Kris P Lettus 11-14-2010 06:05 PM

The power went off in NY and now they are playing the game completely lit by their backup generator..

Crazy..

FearedSanctity 11-14-2010 06:06 PM

Tebowner with his first passing TD.

That makes it 4 total for him

Team Sheep 11-14-2010 06:09 PM

WTF Giants.

IC Champion 11-14-2010 06:11 PM

Giants have been over hyped for the last couple weeks.

Giants beat up on the shit teams, losing Diehl and Smith for the week doesn't help

OssMan 11-14-2010 06:17 PM

Supreme Olajuwon 11-14-2010 06:22 PM

I think now it's fairly clear what happened in Dallas. Players sabotaged their season to get Wade Phillips fired. Not all of them but enough to make this turnaround in play fairly obvious that there's more going on than just a coaching change. Let's not forget that Garrett couldn't get his offense to play to their potential all season. Now all of a sudden he has to motivate the offense and defense and miraculously they make a complete turnaround against a really good opponent.

I'm not one for conspiracies but there was definitely some collusion to get Phillips out in Dallas-Ft. Worth.

I don't think it was collusion so much as players just quit. Particularly on defence. The offense had struggled all year and lost games they should have won, and wasted a couple very good defensive performances. After about 1-5 and Romo going down, players on defence just started mailing it in. They could get no pressure in the last 3 games whatsoever. But then again, collusion wouldn't surprise me.

Innovator 11-14-2010 06:32 PM

Yeah Dallas definitely playing more inspired football with Garrett.

IC Champion 11-14-2010 06:34 PM

Roy E Williams ladies and gents.

IC Champion 11-14-2010 06:35 PM

Seriously, where was this play 4 games ago.

Innovator 11-14-2010 06:35 PM

Ok someone tell the Giants how to cover a post route, this is ridiculous

IC Champion 11-14-2010 06:37 PM

It's good to see someone taught the offensive line how to pass protect.

Supreme Olajuwon 11-14-2010 06:38 PM

The thing that I keep going back to is that Garrett isn't a new voice. He's been there all along. I can't imagine he's acting too differently than he did as OC. So that means the only thing different about the Cowboys is that Phillips isn't there to say or do anything. And I just can't believe that Wade was so bad that the mere lack of his presence would make a team do a 180 in a week.

Crimson 11-14-2010 06:40 PM

Kitna looking better than Romo..QB conterversy next year :shifty:

Crimson 11-14-2010 06:41 PM

Defense looked like swiss cheese in that drive wtf

Team Sheep 11-14-2010 06:42 PM

Love how the Jets are pulling out the wins. Last season they'd have lost the Denver, Detroit and Cleveland games. It's so fucking agonising but they know how to win games ugly now which is what they've lacked for years. Pleased that the next 3 Jets games are on TV over here :)

I agree with you. I don't like Garrett, he's part of the problem. But I guess Wade wasn't strict at all, and players slacked at practice. Apparently the first things Garrett did was make sure players show up on time and run the the drills properly and promptly. If those are things that need to be addressed then maybe Wade needed to go, but I think Garrett needed to as well.

Innovator 11-14-2010 06:43 PM

I'm at the point where my heart stops when I see the ball going anywhere near Dez Bryant

Crimson 11-14-2010 06:44 PM

Steven Jackson is the truth..never understood why Dallas passed on him when he dropped.

Its similar to the time Parcells was the coach when the team struggled and then magically played great the next season after he left. Of course the main difference was back then the players were upset at the tough discipline and training Parcells did and loved Wade Phillips laid back style.

IC Champion 11-14-2010 07:06 PM

Dez Bryant is a beast yo.

OssMan 11-14-2010 07:08 PM

Team Sheep 11-14-2010 07:35 PM

Kevin Boothe. Get well soon, Shaun O'hara and Dave Diehl :(

Evil Vito 11-14-2010 07:55 PM

Shitty first game at the new stadium. Being in a blackout was hilarious though. First a few lights went off for a quick delay, then pitch black for about 30 seconds. Was ridiculous, I couldn't even see the people next to me. Then finally the emergency lights went on.

The Rams need to run the fucking ball more. You can't expect to win when you throw 30+ times in 7 of your 9 games with a rookie QB. Steven Jackson is your fucking RB...use him. He has only had three 100+ yard games.

Shit pisses me off with the Cowboys, you have 3 damn good backs but you never fucking use them and the Vikings don't use Adrian Peterson nowhere near enough.

The running game is dying. 10 years ago only Peyton Manning would ever line up in shotgun on first down, now pretty much every team does it

With a team like the Rams, you suck comparatively so you need to shorten the fucking game and take away possessions from the other team. Football 101

I know, it's smart. But it's a different game now, that is becoming a dying philosophy. Teams opt for screen passes and checks downs to backs rather than running and trying to grind out the game.

My dad and I left shortly after the black out. A fight broke out in our section that was brewing for some time. It was freaky as hell when the stadium went black.

I just can't wrap my head around how you let another NFL team out play and out coach you to that degree. I'm sure every team has a game or two like that every year, but fuck.

I was surprised at the number of people who left right after the blackout. There was still a whole quarter and a half of football to be played. My guess is that a lot of people worried another blackout would happen and the game would get delayed even further.

Marking out over Nicks' TD only to have it overturned was fucking heartwrenching. Left right after the next play when Eli fumbled.

Amazing what one penalty can do to change the game. McKenzie can't be on the team next year. Though I couldn't tell if it was blatant or not. Holding occurs on every NFL play so I really don't know what the refs look for to actually throw the flag.

FearedSanctity 11-14-2010 09:58 PM

Stay classy, Todd Haley

Evil Vito 11-14-2010 09:59 PM

Overall, not impressed with the new stadium. It looks like a goddamn prison from the outside, and the interior is retardedly designed. After going up one escalator you need to walk across a whole concourse to get to the next one instead of them all being grouped together. They have TV screens right smack in the middle of the concourses so people just stand there and watch and fuck up traffic flow. And in the bathroom there were two urinals that were fully kitty-cornered, making it impossible to use both at the same time.

Seats we had were farther to the left of midfield than before, and way higher up. Where we are now is about the equivalent of the top row at the old stadium. Plus the upper deck is so much farther back. Hard to see shit at times.

The Gold Standard 11-14-2010 10:21 PM

In fantasy football I am up 1, with no one left an my opponent still has mendenhall for the rest of tonights game, and McCoy in tomorrows game. I think it is safe to say that I will lose this week.

Emperor Smeat 11-14-2010 10:55 PM

Almost a brawl occurred after Brady sneaked his way into another TD and then got the crowd riled up with a taunt.

Might have been Harrison that was one of the people in the attempted brawl.

Yeah, my dad and I just decided to go because if the game got delayed we wouldn't have gotten home until just now. Plus, there were fights breaking out big time in our section. About 6 or 7 people got thrown out.

Yeah meant horrible for the Texans since the player did the correct thing by swatting and not trying to catch it. For the Jaguars, it was a great play since their player is right at the spot where the ball gets deflected.

End result was a huge win for the Jaguars and a horrible loss for the Texans.

Not sure why they're that far apart but a few "newer" stadiums from the 90's or 2000's have issues because they're grouped together like going down stairs and people tend to hesitate a step before getting on so when leaving and getting on the 2nd one it causes a bottle neck while people are thrown off the first. I remember being at the Staples Center in LA back in 1999 and it was an issue of people being crushed and I noticed AA in Miami has the same design.

VonErichLives 11-15-2010 10:28 AM

So, we meet again.... Pats v. Colts... now we're back in Foxboro... doesn't sound like weather will be an issue... should be a good game... Still a young defense, if anyone can expose them it's Peyton...

the AFC is wide open... the Jets can write their ticket for the Division and probably #1 seed if they beat the Pats in NE... the Pats need to beat the Colts this week and the Jets to do the same.

I have a feeling the AFC East and probably the AFC #1 seed will come down to "like opponents"

Innovator 11-15-2010 11:11 AM

I'm not surprised since it is Washington and they've done a lot of :wtf: deals before.

The money is the worst part since he's guaranteed at least $8 million a year that could rise as high as over $15 million a year.

Gonzo 11-15-2010 07:13 PM

Yeah I know what Vito is talking about but VEL is probably right. You have to walk the length of the escalators to the bottom of the next one, but it is probably designed to prevent build up near the top/bottom of the escalators. They get backed up a bit as it is when people are entering/exiting.

Team Sheep 11-15-2010 08:47 PM
