I want to make a sniper class for the medium to bigger maps.
The Campaign rocks. So much better then I expected. I actually think im gunna play it when I go home instead if jumping straight online. How hard is it to get ghost pro? Is there a level requirement? |
Sniper Class, go with PSG1 or L96 if you can. If you have to use another, use WA2000. The Dragunov in this game is brutally weak I find. With the first two its a OHK from the chest up, the WA2000 is greatly accurate and good for two shoting as it has little recoil compared to the rest.
Use them all with extended mag or variable zoom. Ghost Pro isn't difficult to get, in fact I think its one of the few that is incredibly easy to get. Shoot shit down basically. Spy Planes are best to fire at with the M72LAW as it takes them out. Only problem you might have is the Turret Kill and for that, equip the Sentry Gun killstreak and let the other team steal it and hope that you can destroy it. |

Well, got to level 10. Would love to give you some stats, but I have to be level 13 to see them. Lol. My highest kill count is 9 and that was in Nuketown, which btw, looks like The Others homes in Lost.

Huge tip, equip a class that has a M72, shoot spy planes down as huge xp for little work and let teammates take your crates (1000xp which is 10 kills worth)
Also toss tact grenades into rooms where teammates are, assist points add up quickly. |
I got like 1500 for stalking my prey. I threw a grenade and shot the guy the same time it blew. Don't know if that was why or not, but he was owned.

Though Warlord Pro is fine without two attachments for the extra grenades.
Actually prefer a lot of iron sights over dots. |

you'll start to figure out tactics for different game types soon enough, and you'll have your own preferred setups for each gametype. some perks are only really useful in certain gametyps, IMO.

Also, a great tip is looking back at your matches and see the kill locations to see where the meat grinder locations are.
Also look for the best player and watch him play and you will learn a lot. |

Mine's like 1.5 or 1.6 or around that. Haven't really looked. More concerned with my W/L ratio lately. I get to within 3 wins of fixing it, and go on a 8 game losing streak, every fucking time.

Domination is the goods. Can get so many kills in that gametype. You need to play some games with people who are into the team aspect of it in order to really enjoy this game IMO.

In other noob news, im having a blast going one on one with a friend. He just started playing as well and im teaching him the basics. But it's fun doing what you want and being totally dominant in what's suppose to be a competitive match. I know how the real beasts feel like now :) |
I wish split screen had a theater mode, was playing bots the other day since I was getting over a cold and didn't feel like actually trying, and I got killed by my own attack dog. Talk about a perfect clip for Gamefails :(
