Good thing he has an elite QB to pass to him and not some junk publicity stunt clown shoes.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-23-2014 01:50 PM

Thanks Pittsburgh. Touchdown Blount. He walked off the field boohoo. Losers.

Droford 11-23-2014 02:50 PM

Stat of the Day

Ravens are 5-8 since 2010 when scoring 15 points or less which is the best record of all teams. The Raiders are 0-22 which is the worst and there are 5 other teams that are winless :
Eagles (0-12), Colts (0-13), Falcons (0-14), Giants (0-16), Bucs (0-19)

Stop it. You would have called for him to be cut, too.

Droford 11-23-2014 03:14 PM

Its better he ended up in NE than Indy..Colts aren't the same team without Bradshaw

Ruien 11-23-2014 03:37 PM

It's not like the Steelers used Blount anyhow. They have a top 5 RB to ride instead of a mediocre RB.

Droford 11-23-2014 03:57 PM

hoyer has thrown 2 passes Josh Gordon that were intercepted and Gordon didn't even try to make an attempt at a catch..hillarious

Emperor Smeat 11-23-2014 04:34 PM

:y: Pats won.

Falcons playing prevent D at the end of the game was a big head scratcher considering Browns only needed a FG for the win. 1 big stop on that last drive probably would have won the game for them.

Clerk 11-23-2014 05:00 PM

Hoyer plays horrible again, browns still win. Imagine if Manziel started.

Droford 11-23-2014 05:08 PM

Russell Wilson has been sacked 5 times in 1 1\2 qtrs

Really? No Giants fan in here after the Odell Beckham catch?

Innovator 11-23-2014 11:36 PM

I think the Giants forgot to put 11 guys out there for the stop

Evil Vito 11-23-2014 11:37 PM

If Perry Fewell is still employed tomorrow, I hope the Giants lose out. Absolutely pitiful.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-23-2014 11:47 PM

Odell Beckham makes a great catch and suddenly all the giants fans disappear... :nono:

Evil Vito 11-24-2014 12:18 AM

I'm just baffled with the complete lack of a pass rush. The Cowboys have several very good offensive linemen, no doubt...but the Giants didn't seem to even want to try rushing Romo, especially on that final drive. Did they not watch the game film from the Washington/Dallas game earlier this year? Ugh. Bollocks.

Nark Order 11-24-2014 12:47 AM

That Beckham Jr catch is the most freakishly athletic feat I have ever seen in my life.

If this was them destroying the hopes of a perfect season they all be around

Evil Vito 11-24-2014 08:38 AM

I just don't post much during games anymore. I may pop in with a quick post or two from my phone but otherwise I pretty much wait until the game is over to do any sort of analysis.

Beckham's catch was outstanding though. Was so frustrated with his injuries early on but he's been well worth the wait. Can't wait to see him and a hopefully healthy Cruz flying around the field next year.

Evil Vito 11-24-2014 09:52 AM

I watch that drive at least once a season, usually right around the time the playoffs are starting. I loved the 2011 team and I hope to see more Giants Super Bowl wins in my life...but no matter what happens Super Bowl 42 is going to be pretty much impossible to ever beat in my eyes.

#1-norm-fan 11-24-2014 03:25 PM

Dallas' defense is gonna be a problem. They tightened up a little in the 2nd half but they're slowly starting to come back to earth and play more like a defense full of backups. If Eli didn't revert to lolEli and fuck up at the goal line late in the 3rd quarter to prevent them from going up by 2 scores again, it could have been bad.

Innovator 11-24-2014 03:44 PM

That was a classic Eli int, a little high, receiver tips it, ball becomes heat seeking towards the nearest defender.

Evil Vito 11-24-2014 06:05 PM

Holy shit. Eric Berry placed on Non-Football Injury Injured Reserve. A mass was discovered in his chest and he's believed to have lymphoma. Fuck.

Droford 11-24-2014 07:51 PM

The Saints have a 41 year old cheerleader with an incurable kidney disease, over/under on shots of her during the game

I say 3.5 over

Ruien 11-24-2014 07:57 PM

Why are The Saints so bad this year? Seems weird that are 4-6.

Droford 11-24-2014 08:03 PM

They caught the NFC south fever

Evil Vito 11-24-2014 11:38 PM

So the Saints and Falcons are tied for the NFC South lead at 4-7. Wow.

#1-norm-fan 11-24-2014 11:40 PM

I want the Bucs to win the NFC South so bad...

Evil Vito 11-24-2014 11:47 PM

Will take a great deal of suckage to do it but wouldn't be surprised at all if whoever wins the NFC South does it with a worse record than the NFC West's horrible year.

Saints have enough winnable games left to get the 3 wins needed to tie it. Only other team with as easy a schedule left is the Panthers.

road doggy dogg 11-25-2014 01:22 AM

If someone wins the NFC South with 6 wins... that will be so amazing

Droford 11-25-2014 01:28 AM

I called the Falcons going 6-0 vs the south and 0-10 vs everyone else

They're 4-0 already, they have Cardinals, Packers and Steelers, finish with saints and panthers

screech 11-25-2014 05:59 AM

Hey the Ravens won :)

Ruien 11-25-2014 09:52 AM

So hoping Saints win the division with 6 wins and host Seattle, who wins the first wild card spot. Would be hilarious to see the roles reversed.

road doggy dogg 11-25-2014 04:35 PM

Will be more funny to see like Atlanta win with 6-10 or 7-9 or w/e and host Green Bay... they might be 14 point home underdogs

Droford 11-25-2014 04:50 PM

NFL firsts

All teams 3 over .500 in a Division (AFC north)
All teams 3 under .500 in a division (NFC south)

RG III never seemed the same after the knee injury in his rookie season. Probably could blame Mike Shannahan the most for rushing him back way too early that year.

Hell yeah, Colt McCoy

Sepholio 11-26-2014 03:26 PM

I remember Colt tearing it up at Hawaii. He basically single-handedly made that team legit for a couple years.

Droford 11-26-2014 04:17 PM

Colt McCoy played for Texas

Colt Brennan played for Hawaii, and is now out of football after a bad car accident gave him severe brain damage.

Evil Vito 11-26-2014 04:46 PM

lol Colt Brennan. I remember that guy.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-27-2014 11:15 PM

This will temporarily knock the Cowboys out of the playoffs I think. Or at least tied with Seahawks pending whatever tiebreaker.

#1-norm-fan 11-27-2014 11:24 PM

Head to head is the tiebreaker.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-27-2014 11:25 PM

T/A and Trish music.

#1-norm-fan 11-28-2014 12:07 AM

Colin Kaepernick does not learn from his mistakes.

Probably shouldn't have made that comment about Sherman being afraid of the 49ers receivers and how he's gonna exploit it this year.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-28-2014 01:03 AM

Colin ThrowsaPick amirite.

Evil Vito 11-28-2014 03:03 PM

Ray Rice has won his appeal and has been reinstated. I'd be very surprised if a playoff contending team signed him at this point. Rice is an asshole but beyond that the media shitstorm would be the last thing you'd want on a playoff push.

I bet someone signs him in the offseason though, unfortunately.

screech 11-28-2014 03:04 PM

He'll be in Oakland next year

Ruien 11-28-2014 05:15 PM

Really don't think he will be in the league again. The team will have a LOT of bad publicity and he is not a major running back. With that being said, would not be surprised at all if Oakland signed him.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-30-2014 02:05 AM

Did the Ravens and the NFL have the video already? That's the biggest issue. Did the Ravens cut him after seeing a video go public they had already seen?

Ruien 11-30-2014 10:31 AM

I thought the Ravens sent it to the NFL but the person in the NFL that received it never passed it on to the higher ups. This could be 100% false though.

Evil Vito 11-30-2014 12:27 PM

Really weird football Sunday for me. First time pretty much since I've been watching football that the Giants are mathematically eliminated from any sort of playoff contention with 5 games to play. Even the 4-12 team in 2003 was alive until 3 weeks out. Beyond that, the next 4 games are against teams who won't be in the playoffs either...so it's completely meaningless football really. About the only consequence to these games is deciding which players/coaches stay or go for next year.

At this point I'm hoping the NFC East race can at least stay tight until Week 17 so the Giants will at least play a meaningful game trying to spoil the Eagles' hopes. Who knows if it'll come to that though.

Innovator 11-30-2014 04:22 PM

This fucking team

Evil Vito 11-30-2014 04:23 PM

I still think the top two guys to blame this year are Fewell and Reese. Fewell is gone. Coughlin shouldn't be fired. There are no viable replacements.

Reese needs to go because of years and years of bad drafting but I'll believe the franchise that has had only 3 GMs since 1979 and didn't fire any of them will fire a GM when I see it.

Emperor Smeat 11-30-2014 04:23 PM
