TIE, EAGLES TIE
|
That was the worse game I've ever seen.
|
Did Donovan forget how to throw, or did Andy forget how to coach?
|
I'd say more McNabb than anything. 3 Ints, 1 lost fumble, at least a half dozen balls knocked down at the line of scrimmage.
|
YEAHHHHH RAMS
|
Bengals defense manned up today though. Big time. They're finally starting to play well together. Unfortunately the offense is garbage. Oh well I thought Philly would destroy this game and they didn't so I'll take it as a positive.

Broncos gave no quarter to traitors down in Atlanta.
Now I gotta watch the Bolts/Steelers game tonight. |
Giants cruise

DRC
|
NFL's best run defense
|
YESSSSSS
I picked up Polomalo on my fantasy team this week. Two badass plays might just give him 20 points... |
13-13
|
Wait hang on so did Steelers/Chargers end 11-10 or 17-10? TV said it was 17-10 but NFL.com now says 11-10. I'm confused. Did Polamalou's TD at the end hold up?
|
If it is 11-10 then that's the first NFL game EVER to have ended 11-10. Weird stat.
|
Saints played good today..
Couple of big plays given up on D but that's to be expected with both our starting CBs out.. Actually, that's to be expected anyway with our suspect DBs.. :o |
Quote:
the only thing it effected was fantasy football and the betting line. |
still can't stop laughing at how retarded McNabb is
|
How did he not know you could tie??
I mean, did he think they do multiple OTs?? |
Yea, what an idiot.
|
I guess Limbaugh was right.
|
lmfao
|
lmao supreme
|
What makes it worse is not only in his career has there been a tie game, but a tie playoff game as well
|
When was there a tie playoff game?

None of those are playoff games.
|
You can't have a tie in a playoff game. Which is why I don't get there was a tie in a playoff game in Donvann McNabb's playing career comment.
|
I realize that..
|
If there was ever a tie in a playoff game after one OT, it would go to a second OT, so on and so forth until the game was won..
|
i guess the only thing he could argue is there has only been one in his career and at the time McNabb was out injured....
that being said, playoff games don't end in ties for the reasons stated above. |
HOW DO I SHOT LEG

I really hope Antonio Pierce dont get swept up in Plax's mess. I love the Giants this year and they need him. Gotta keep this Manning Superbowl dream alive.
|
Junior Seau is back with the Pats.
|
15 years at the most for O.J. Simpson.
If anyone cares. |
Judge is forcing the NFL to hold off on the suspension of Will Smith, Deuce, and both Williamses.. All four will prolly play this weekend..
|
Not that it matters, Kris P.. http://tpww.net/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif
|
I can't believe that dumb asshole shot himself in the leg..in public...and then probably paid someone at the hospital to register him under a false name. Did he think that the team wasnt going to notice a flesh wound the size of a bullet? Plax has done plenty, but I say it's time to cut him loose , get back his signing bonus, and use some of that 35 mil to keep players that actually contribute to the team around. You know, the Brandon Jacobs and the Domenik Hixons. And for Fucks sake, lock up Steve Smith for 4 or 5 years. The guy is ALWAYS open, and he can be a great future no.2, or even a no.1 with the right coaches around.
FUCK |
Quote:
i'm expecting Ted Johnson or Steve Deossie next week at this point. fuck, I almost hope they miss the playoffs and get a decent draft pick to get a shutdown CB or another LB. Mayo has been fucking awesome (and people laughed when I got his jersey pre-season). Quote:
There's talk the Pats may franchise Cassell if Brady doesn't look 100% for next year... not a bad idea, but requires a lot of cap space and they have to re-sign wilfork this offseason. |
Quote:
I didn't think a judge had the juristiction to do something like that, I did think they could appeal the suspensions, but first i've heard of a local judge puting a stay on a suspension, interesting that he's a MN judge and they play detroit this weekend and the talk was Det would get their first win with the two DT out... and I guess the judge claimed he needed "more time to review".. be real funny if monday he's like "yep, looked it over and the suspensions are fine" |
It's all about why the NFL kept the fact that Star Caps added a banned substance from the players in question.. Supposedly it was against some Union law..
Dunno.. |
<font color=goldenrod>KEVIN DOCKERY</font>
|
Giants playing sloppy right now
|
Good game from the Falcons and the Saints today. The offense is certainly different with Bush and Thomas, and Shockey when he's on.
|
I watched the entire game but WHY would Mike Smith, who I have nothing but respect for all season, PUNT when our defense had proved nothing the entire second half?! They rammed the ball down our throats to no end! You HAVE to go for it on 4th to at least give us a chance!
Once he called for punt, I knew the game was over. Bad call and it costs us a possible win. With the game Matt Ryan had, he should have gotten a win |
So guess who gets to play against Westbrook next week in his Round 1 playoffs next week
|

I don't much like wasting the time out on a challenge either. But eh. |

RBs since the season started: <strike>Michael Pittman Anthony Aldridge Andre Hall Ryan Torain Peyton Hillis Selvin Young</strike> Tatum Bell P.J. Pope |
This is not the year Shanahan strikes gold in the rookie RB.
What's Mike Anderson doing these days? |
Such a long road ahead.

<font color=goldenrod>Giants looked like shit today...but a division title is a division title
Now just need to get that #1 seed</font> |
Cutler better sew some wings on that pig or hit the Denver Post Office and load up on stamps. Cause all he's gonna be able to do is let the ball fly with all these runningbacks we're burning through this season.
Thank the lord we got a hell of a WR crew. |
What a shitty day of football
|
6 in a row nigga!
And we get the Lions next week. Thanks for that NFL. |
I'm gonna say this and it might shock you.
Fuck the Redskins. |

The Arizona Cardinals will win the NFC West.

The Giants really shot themselves in the leg against the Eagles

And another one gone.
Broncos RB Peyton Hillis out for the season. Time to dust off my Tatum Bell jersey. |
How long till Tatum Bell breaks his ass or something?

No team has ever gone 0-16 before.
|
The Record is 0-14. I am going to go to the Lions game against the Saints.
|
Also, this is the fantasy football lineup I'm rolling out this week
Aaron Rodgers Matt Forte Thomas Jones Deangelo Williams Antonio Bryant Reggie Wayne Jason Witten Jets D or Washington D David Akers My opponent is rolling out Tony Romo Bryan Westbrook Marshawn Lynch Issac Bruce Steve Smith Terrell Owens Tony Gonzalez Colts D John Kasay Gonna be a sick weekend |
So, what are the current odds T.O. blows up the Cowboys after sunday?
|
Blows up for the Cowboys or just blows up the organization :shifty:
|
The organization.
|
That's only the 475th time that prediction has been laid out in the past 3 years.
|
You can't deny that he has been a problem everywhere he has gone. Now there is a story brewing that T.O. is upset with Romo and Witten's relationship. This guy acts like he is fucking 12 years old.
|
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3764732
It appears the whole team is having problems, not just T.O. There you go cocksucker. :) |
Quote:
That really says a lot to combat my point that people say weekly how TO is going to tear apart the team doesn't it, retard? |
Quote:
It's just funny how people have just sat back and said "THIS is where TO is gonna tear the team apart" at LEAST 10 times, without exaggeration since he's been a Cowboy and he hasn't, thus making it more and more like a wishful thinking statement every time. |
Also, wouldn't the fact that plenty of people on the team are siding with Owens point towards it NOT just being a TO blowup? Or is that just not a good enough story?
|
I've said maybe once that T.O. is a team cancer, and at some point he will be the center of some sort of issue. So get off my nuts with this bullshit that people say it every week. I am not one of those people. The guy is the center of another issue yet again, regardless if half the team is on his side or not. The Cowboys are a team with too many personalities and its starting to blow up in their face.
