figgy is right

If we are going to say AEW couldn't afford to test it or use more fireworks, I don't want anybody to try and say AEW is profitable again.

Aftermath of a non exploding non barb wire non death match:

WWE has had pyro back for quite some time, at least since Smackdown on Fox started. They did stop during the pandemic, but once they had the Thunderdome setup they went right back to using it. |

For hating AEW, you sure post about them alot in threads specifically dedicated to AEW.

Criticizing AEW does not mean I hate AEW. If you can't understand that, I wonder how you survive in the real world. |

your vitriol is clear evidence of your opinions. you might be the only one who isnt aware you hate them
|
He either hates it or wants non-stop attention for being a contrarian. Either way, not a fan.

Random thought process I had today:
I kept thinking about how the finish reminded me of early 90s WCW for some reason. It made me nostalgic and because of that, I liked it. Then I realized it was probably because Abdullah the Butcher getting electrocuted was such a lasting memory. Then I laughed and thought about how over the top that was. ... Then I realized that if those two explosions were reversed, it would have fit better for both situations. |

That Halloween Havoc was a shit show. It featured Michael Hayes faking an injury to get out of jobbing to Van Hammer. Van Hammer almost killing the jobber who took Hayes' place. The Chamber of Horrors match itself. A very good Dustin vs. Austin match (so many of them were). The WCW Halloween Phantom, complete with the identity getting spoiled by Schiavone. The amazing Paul E. promo that formally revealed the Phantom.
And, craziest of all, Bobby Eaton implying that he was going to fuck a pumpkin. |
This is the meme I needed

Noid isn't wrong that Tony Khan's Twitter account is a detriment to AEW
|
He comes off so "pleasing" and yet also so "desirous of praise". Definitely the type of guy to read his own reviews. There is a huge difference between him and Vince, I wish he would grow to be a little more like him in some aspects but also keep his markish fandom in others. I guess like Gedo.

And no, I do not just indiscriminately throw around the label of "AEW hater." There have been plenty of people that have criticized the product that are active posters in this community that are just sharing a well thought opinion. Then there are a few here that just hate them no matter what they do, troll every single AEW thread with negativity, and just generally use this forum as a way to get attention for being a contrarian dickhead. If you truly don't like the product, why spend so much time writing novels about your hatred? It comes across as narcissistic and hacky. For example, I don't really watch WWE much anymore. I don't have Ill will towards it, I'm just not super interested anymore. You will not see me in WWE threads shitting on everything they ever do because I don't care enough to do that. I don't understand the mindset of not liking a company and keeping track and commenting on every thing they ever do. It's bizarre behavior. |
I find it hilarious that Noid doesn't even watch AEW programming and forms his opinions via reading results and watching clips.
|
If your intent is to "troll" folks on a forum for enjoying something, you need to do some introspection and check your priorities. I understand being disgruntled, you just come across as dense.
