Evil Vito 11-01-2016 09:20 PM

This is gonna be their third time seeing Kluber in a week. A team with this many good hitters is bound to figure him out.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-01-2016 09:29 PM

Yep, but obviously Miller won't be doing mop up duty tonight. So, Kluber might not have to go long.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-01-2016 09:30 PM

What if Cleveland both won and lost a series that was 3-1 at one point in sports in the same year.

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-01-2016 09:34 PM

I might even take Jake out of the game soon just in case he might be able to do some small thing tomorrow if called upon.

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-01-2016 09:36 PM

Arietta coming a tad unglued

Ruien 11-01-2016 10:13 PM

Figured Cubs would win this game. Still believe they will lose tomorrow though. Just see Hendricks coming unglued and giving up 2 to 3 runs early which the Cubbies won't be able to recover from.

Starting pitcher will probably go 4, maybe 5, innings before the Indians bring in their bullpen and wear them out to clinch.

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-01-2016 10:14 PM

When Hendricks is on though the guy is ridiculous

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-01-2016 10:14 PM

I think Arietta gives up a 2 spot in this inning

Nicky Fives 11-01-2016 10:55 PM

Cubs just lost the series bringing Chapman in now.

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-01-2016 10:58 PM

Chapman looked in some pain. Weird that such an athletic powerful dude is seemingly so immobile. Guess it's like too much muscle in his legs.

Nicky Fives 11-01-2016 11:26 PM

FOX trying their best to explain the logic of bringing Chapman in, but with a 5-run lead it makes no sense to me. If you cannot rely on any pitcher to not give up a big inning, they don't deserve to be on the roster....In a 2-run game its a different story, I just don't get it.

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-01-2016 11:32 PM

I think it's the idea that you have to make sure you get to tomorrow to play tomorrow. I get the logic. It's easily argued against, but I understand why it was done.

Emperor Smeat 11-01-2016 11:37 PM

 ump getting pissed at the pitching change with just 1 out left in this game and Cubs up by 6.

Nicky Fives 11-01-2016 11:37 PM

I put good money on Chapman going in tomorrow and getting lit up and costing them the World Series.

Evil Vito 11-01-2016 11:42 PM

The Cubs are winning it all. It is destiny.

Evil Vito 11-01-2016 11:45 PM

I'm not even sure it would qualify as an "lol Cleveland" moment if they lost tomorrow...the Cubs have been the best team in baseball all year for a reason and they've felt like the team of destiny for quite a while.

Gonna be a fun game to watch.

Emperor Smeat 11-02-2016 12:00 AM

Only if some really wacky stuff happens tomorrow against them or else its just regular ridicule if they were to lose.

Lock Jaw 11-02-2016 12:06 AM

Hope Cubs win...........

Frank Drebin 11-02-2016 12:08 AM

Tomorrow is gonna be epic. Hold on to your hats.

Evil Vito 11-02-2016 12:12 AM

Feel like my heart is gonna break when FOX inevitably pans to shots of depressed looking elderly fans of the losing team.

Yeah Chicago got to see a shitload of NBA/NHL titles in the last 2 decades and Cleveland just won the NBA title this year.....but for some of those old fans, baseball is their one and only sport and this could well be their last chance to see them win it all.

Fucking crazy.

Its destiny for them to blow it just like they usually do..just waited til game 7 of the World Series to do it this year instead of getting it over with sooner.

Droford 11-02-2016 01:01 AM

Last road team to win game 6 and 7 was the 79 Pirates over the Orioles

Damian Rey 2.0 11-02-2016 01:12 AM

You were wrong again Droford. Can't you make like Baltimore and go away while we still have an exciting postseason left

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-02-2016 05:08 AM

Why does Droford have to hate on everyone's fun? I don't get it.

RP 11-02-2016 05:16 AM

Joe Maddon confirmed after the game tonight that Zach Briton is still available to pitch.

Evil Vito 11-02-2016 07:20 AM

Droford's got money on the Cubs because he knows he's always wrong.

Ruien 11-02-2016 08:20 AM

It's destiny for the Cubs to lose today. The Lovable Losers lose game 7 of the world series. IT'S the perfect story going into next year.

Evil Vito 11-02-2016 08:51 AM

If my Mets can't win it all next year I hope whoever loses tonight wins it all next year. Do it for the old people!

Frank Drebin 11-02-2016 10:57 AM

Game 7

Money on the cubs wouldn't win much. .

And I'm not always wrong

RP 11-02-2016 01:37 PM

You've been wrong just about every single time this post season.

Droford 11-02-2016 02:57 PM

Except for the Indians vs the Red Sox and Blue Jays and the Nats choking

RP 11-02-2016 05:35 PM

Baez Walk-off HR in the 9th for the win.

Droford 11-02-2016 05:48 PM

A giant meteor hits with the game tied and no one wins

Ross

RP 11-02-2016 06:40 PM

I havent been shaking with nervousness like this since the Colts played the Pats in AFC Title game in 2006.

Droford 11-02-2016 07:10 PM

If the Indians score in the first 5 innings the game is over

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-02-2016 08:42 PM

Shwarber's cheeseburger locker got in the way of his double attempt there.

Ruien 11-02-2016 08:43 PM

Cubs and Indians are both playing like shit.

Ol Dirty Dastard 11-02-2016 08:48 PM

Indians are seeing Hendricks' pitches. Think they could blow this sucker open.
