I don't have an account, but enjoy the randomness of the top posts. Also have found it to be incredibly useful for games and other hobbies.

I assumed it was just a general wrestling community that happened to have a lot of cringed shit. Had no idea it was specifically designed for “those kinds” of people to have a... well, circle jerk. Now it makes more sense.

There are genuinely great subreddits out there. r/mademesmile is a great dopamine resource when im having a rough day, and routinely restores my faith in humanity.

Only takes a bit of common sense to know which subreddits are going to be dumpster fires.

InstantKarma is good to see people get their comeuppance.

Yes, it is sarcastic and humorist posts, it is for the people who take the criticism of their favorite wrestler/wrestling company so seriously that they cant help themselves from getting upset. The more over the top the better. It was made partly to annoy the kind of people who think they are winning a personal battle by I dont know, creating silly nicknames of negatively repping somebody constantly. It really weeds out the Marks :rofl:

Reddit is amazing for exactly what you describe, Noid. Even more so with more niche things..... take bladesmithing/blacksmithing. I enjoy that in my free time and there's a veritable swath of valuable info there.

I do occasionally post on SCJerk (one of the bot bits I posted involved Steamed Powered Giraffe). And some of my cracks during the Best (?) stuff comes from the subreddit (Anything involving Roman Reigns and Switches or "Random M Word" Black).

I can't speak for everyone in that group, and I won't. But they don't exclusively take shots at AEW, though there is much to take shots at. I have seen them take shots at overzealous WWE fans, and Jim Cornette when he is being misogynist (which he tends to be.)

Some of the stuff for me is just funny. Like Adam Cole's forehead (it grows every time Dynamite doesn't hit 1 Million.) Also, there is an undercurrent of things that are actually takes. Like how Walter/Dragonuv (sp?) was a series on par with, if not better than, Okada/Omega. Or the simple fact that there is a disconnect between who is a star and who isn't. Or that Suzuki should have won at least one Televised match before the Dark one, so people could see he was bad ass, instead of having Excaliber tell us he is. Or that the Booker of the Year can't book a decent feud.

Best example, Smarks hate Omos, and yet he gets more YouTube views in a week than most guys get views.

Suzuki is really resting on his laurels in this stage of his career. The Joe match was great and same with Danielson but he needs a really good opponent to do a lot of work to make a good match.
