RP 09-05-2011 02:04 AM

Manning will play.

RP 09-05-2011 02:08 AM

If this shit is true, they need to call Favre right now

RP 09-05-2011 02:11 AM

Honestly the Colts act like they've never seen Collins play. He sucks.

RP 09-05-2011 02:12 AM

No way Collins start s over Painter. Painter has the confidence of his teammates.

Requiem 09-05-2011 02:39 AM

2nd surgery thing was confirmed as untrue by Polian. It was just some random radio broadcast that had no truth behind it.

Droford 09-05-2011 03:27 AM

CUT THAT NECK! CUT THAT NECK!

RP 09-05-2011 12:10 PM

Man I just got cock teased with a interesting Pacers team this season and then they lock out, then I sit through a horrible Cubs season and now I may be sitting through a bad Colts season.

Requiem 09-05-2011 03:52 PM

you make me angrier than even the most die-hard patriots fan because you are the most bi-polar colts fan i know

OMG GONNA DO AWESOME
OMG WE'RE GONNA SUCK
NAH JK GONNA BE AWESOME NOW THAT "RANDOM PLAYER #14" IS HERE
UGH NOW WE'RE GONNA SUCK AGAIN

RP 09-05-2011 11:56 PM

you've been a Colts fan for two years or something. Shut the fuck up. You don't even know what you're talking about most of the time. I'm just nice enough not to point it out.

Reavant 09-06-2011 12:08 AM

lol... rp sound more like an ACTUAL fan. Living in chicago and having to deal with the bears and cubs, thats exactly what a die hard fan sounds like.

blah blah blah, broken record. this has nothing to do with me. the second peyton manning is back in the game you're gonna be predicting a super bowl run and it's gonna be the same thing all over again. and then if they lose a game, you'll be talking about how worried you are. rinse and repeat. some new player gets signed, and it instantly means all your worries from before are gone and they're going to make it to the playoffs now when before, they weren't.

what does the way he acts have to do with being an 'actual' fan? last time i criticized a decision the colts made, RP acted like he was the only one allowed to have an opinion. and before when i argued that bob sanders wasn't worth the roster spot or the money he made because he never played, RP sucked his dick like it was going out of style, and then guess what, the colts ended up dropping him.

i thought a real fan could criticize their team while still having faith in them to pull through, instead of just jumping on every useless media story that comes along. it's not like the colts are having 'real' issues like some teams. there's nothing to be genuinely worried about, with management, coaching, or players. sure caldwell leaves a little to be desired, but there's no reason to think he is not capable of repeating his first season. and when manning is gone, they'll probably have some issues for a while. but for now, manning will be back, and if his health is solid, they will make the playoffs. anything else is useless conjecture.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:03 AM

and yes, i've heard the countless chiefs fans talk endless shit on their own team, and then turn around and start cheering them the second they start doing good. i 'get' it. but that's a team that has had serious issues and has given them reason to be doubtful.

ie; unless manning himself starts having the worst games ever, there's no reason to act like the sky is falling every other week. have a little faith for once. you seem to me like one of those people who would leave a game when they're down for the count at halftime, only to miss the comeback because you thought it was as good as over.

Yah you're right Ill Duce . No real issues. Its not like there's a good possibility that Peyton might miss several games and the Colts will have to oil Kerry Collins joints to start a few games or anything.

What am I worried for? No real issues here!

RP 09-06-2011 01:19 AM

I've tried to not say this for a while, but...

You're fucking stupid

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:22 AM

really doubt he will miss more than 1 game. 2 AT MOST. the sky is not falling.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:23 AM

also, suck my dick. your whole 'been nice enough not to say anything' was a joke anyways. don't act like this is the first time you've said anything to me. any time you disagree with me, you've been "nice enough" to tell me I'm a fucking idiot every time. moron.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:25 AM

think you'd rather have them do terrible so you can be right, than actually hope they don't have problems and be disappointed later

RP 09-06-2011 01:28 AM

Well atleast you realized you were an idiot. That's the first step.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:28 AM

but if that's what being an ACTUAL fan means, then fuck that noise. i'll gladly be a 'fake fan' who actually looks at things objectively and sees the positive.

it's like in all the things on tpww, people see that i am a cynical asshole and i take grief for it, but in this one thing people expect me to be a pessimist because that's what it means to be a REAL fan, and the fact that i'm not means i'm somehow less genuine than all of you. yeah ok.

RP 09-06-2011 01:29 AM

I think ever since you've become a Colts fan, they've been cursed. You're that guy. I might need to start my own colts thread.

Supreme Olajuwon 09-06-2011 01:29 AM

WHAT IS HAPPENING IN COLTS LAND?!?!?!

RP 09-06-2011 01:31 AM

I think anyone that knows my history the last seven years on this board, knows I'm a real colts fan

RP 09-06-2011 01:35 AM

You on the other hand, pulled the old Samuel G , woke up, saw the Colts won the Superbowl and said " oh yah! Im a fan of them!".

Supreme Olajuwon 09-06-2011 01:35 AM

I dunno mannnnn. I see you talking about the Colts non stop, but I just don't FEEL it, you know?

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:37 AM

nobody said you aren't a fan. you are however, a huge crybaby.

oh, sorry i guess i wasn't clear enough on that in the first place. i'll state it again just in case you missed it.

you're a crybaby

RP 09-06-2011 01:38 AM

You're black cock sucker

i guess it's just easier for you to throw that one around though instead of actually making a credible argument.

Supreme Olajuwon 09-06-2011 01:38 AM

Requiem calls Taint Whisperer a crybaby.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:40 AM

things are upside-down in this thread, certainly

No. I'm positive its well documented in a thread because I remember supreme giving you a ton of shit about it.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:53 AM

alright guy. except that's not how it resolved, and jeritron eventually conceded that he was wrong about the way he treated the situation, and we enjoyed actual conversation about the sport. i'd ask you to make your own opinion, but it's clear you'd rather just bandwagon onto someone else's opinions because you can't make your own by looking at the whole picture. (see what i did there) i've stated my case pretty thoroughly in that thread, and elsewhere about my own personal life.

i can deal with people thinking i'm a bandwagon jumper, because i know i'm not. you're the one sitting here crying and slinging insults because you can't take a little criticism about your opinion. not my fault that you've been observed flip-flopping every time some new thing comes up.

Requiem 09-06-2011 01:58 AM

going to bed, so i'll let you get the 'last word' after i'm gone and think you've one-upped me because i'm "nice enough" to let you get sloppy seconds on something i've finished with and worn out

dude... calm the fuck down.

Supreme Olajuwon 09-06-2011 01:59 AM

This could actually be a pivotal season in Requiem's fandom. If the Colts are terrible this year and he doesn't jump ship, he can officially shed his bandwagon label. Talk about a reason to root against the team, eh Req?

Reavant 09-06-2011 02:00 AM

lol

Reavant 09-06-2011 02:01 AM

so whats up with carson palmer?

Supreme Olajuwon 09-06-2011 02:02 AM

he's a man of his word I guess

I haven't heard a peep out of him since he said he was going to reitre

Reavant 09-06-2011 02:05 AM

if he reported to the team, they would have to pay him though even if he didnt play

Innovator 09-06-2011 11:15 AM

I guess we'll see what the Giants have this week. If they shit the bed against the Redskins, it's gonna be a long season.

What? Are you attempting to call me a bandwagon fan?
