It probably has the head attachment with the beard that goes over the regular head piece. You can see that the head pieces are not the same.

Two weeks ago, WWE officials had a tentative match line-up for WrestleMania XXVII, which included John Cena vs. The Miz for the WWE Championship and Randy Orton vs. CM Punk.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter speculates that given the nature of the Cena vs. Punk program and with the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber coming up, it will be difficult for WWE to hold a pay-per-view singles match between the two before WrestleMania XXVII.

i hope punk vs cena happens at mania...granted i don't see the outcome ending well for Punk.
