What do you think the chances are on that? Slim to none for me. Most of these guys haven't made a good show since Voyager/Ds9.

Not surprised there. Terra Nova was awful.

I was thinking TNT when I heard this, but since they already got Falling Skies and that too is an expensive show to put together I doubt it.

Sci-Fi is a super longshot. But I don't think they'll bite either.

Fox announces New Girl, Glee, and Raising Hope all get renewed for next season. Fringe is on the bubble.

I quite enjoy New Girl.

Fans of Fringe will be happy to know that the show shot two different endings. 1 is a cliffhanger in case the show gets renewed. The other is one that answers all the questions in case it's canceled.

They should just show the one that answers all of the questions to get it over with.

Fringe has been signed on for a 5th and final season.

I guess the tweaked cast worked out pretty good after all.

I may go back and watch this latest season then. I was holding off because I was afraid it was gonna get canceled due to the new cast.

There are many mainstream shows that I either haven't seen an entire episode of or haven't seen it at all. Law and Order, Lost, CSI, are a few examples.

I also have never watched any CSI or any Law & Order. Never really got into straight up "crime" shows.

Fox cancels Alcatraz and The Finder, but renews Touch.

Dunno on that. Most times, the networks release their schedules about a month or two after fall seasons wrap up.

Over the next couple weeks we'll know the fate of most TV shows.

NBC renews 30 Rock for a 13 episode final season. They also bring Parenthood back for a 15 episode season.

TBS picks up Cougar Town from ABC and will give it a 15 episode 4th season.

The CW has renewed The Vampire Diaries.

So happy about that.

That sucks Awake was awesome. I'm glad Chelsey got cancelled though. Way too many shows with Whitney Cummings right now too.

CW axes Ringer and Secret Circle.

ABC cancels GCB, Pan Am, The River, and Missing.

Awake had a good premise, but I figured it would get axed. I just didn't see how they could keep it interesting over a long period without moving away from the procedural show style.

Ringer was pretty terrible despite having a pretty good cast.

Awake was interesting at first, but I got bored of it into the second episode.

Alcatraz was so good in the first episode, but then faded so fast. It had no depth. Just turned into one of those series where you don't need to watch every episode to get what was going on.

Kinda waiting for CBS to announce their schedule/cuts.

The majority of their shows are safe. But I'm expecting either one or both of the CSI spinoffs to get cancelled. Unforgetable might be gone, too.

Never saw Vampire Diaries. I thought it was basically just for chicks.

I watched the pilot of Touch and while I enjoyed it, I got a massive sense of "This is just Heroes minues the superpowers" and that didn't sit well with me.

CBS cancels CSI: Miami, Unforgetable, NYC 22, and Rob.

CSI: New York has been saved.

After House is over Fox is pretty much dead to me. Just like NBC and CBS.

Was just checking out ABC's fall schedule. Was hoping Castle would get moved to a better night, really gotta start watching that show more often.

Revenge got moved to sunday nights. Not a good sign.

Touch is good, I was also into Awake but that's been cancelled. Hart of Dixie is a guilty pleasure, but those who know me won't be surprised. I hope suits comes back soon, I loved that show. Person of Interest and Once Upon a Time I also liked. Feel like I'm kinda rambling here.... The River did nothing for me either.

Syfy's Sanctuary Cancelled

I think I give Men at Work five episodes before it gets canned.

I was going to download this. Kinda glad I didn't from what I've read.

I like the way Awake wrapped up, but I wish there was a season 2 to see where it went.

I'm in the same boat, Inno, was it all in his head or a foreshadowing that he could prevent from happening?

That's too bad for Edge.

Edge was on Haven.

And Sanctuary, too. Had a small guest role in the beginning of the season.

I'll miss the show, enjoyed it. Willing to be it was getting expensive to make since it was 75% CGI 25% real. Agam Dashi was nice to look at.

This show seems like it could be quite excellent.

I thought they were saying that because they used mostly CGI that it was cheaper to produce than a regular show but it seems even if a show is made cheaply it will still be canceled if it doesn't get the ratings they want.
I don't dislike Eureka but I don't see how it's still on but they canceled all the Stargates and everything else.

Darshi wasn't in many of the episodes in the last season for some reason and now it seems she can't do a regular season now that it's canceled. Amanda Tapping was pretty good to look at too. After she had a baby she had a more womanly figure instead of that tom-boyish figure early on. She's probably tight with some peeps at Syfy so hopefully we see her soon.

Spartacus is ending after this season.

Technically next season. This season ended a few months ago.
