RP 10-27-2006 11:00 AM

He was in Heat, which is one of the best movies ever. Though he only had a small role.

Boondock Saint 10-28-2006 01:17 AM

William Fichtner and he is the man in everything he does.

Savio 10-30-2006 08:54 PM

Great move Linc, just stay there, smart guy.

Boondock Saint 10-31-2006 03:54 PM

Why has Linc yet to figure out that standing around in public prolly isn't a good idea when you're all over the news? His stupidity is mind boggling. Those shades aren't much of a disguise.

The phone call between Michael/Mahone was the best part.

Ogen 11-07-2006 05:08 PM

I love this show so much :'(

AlphaBean 11-08-2006 12:27 AM

Hahaha new character. I WONDER IF SHE WILL BE A LOVE INTEREST FOR LINK. HUH. HMM.

I hope they chop her up too.

Also, lol, Michael FINALLY got his swagger back. I love it.

*edit* then he lost it when Sarah ran off :(

BUT HE WILL GET IT BACK WHEN HE SAVES HER!

Savio 11-09-2006 06:19 PM

You know what would make me not like this show much (like at all)? If L.J. beats someone up single handley.

I'll stop watching if he makes a joke afterwards

RoXer 11-15-2006 12:50 AM

Oh son of a bitch, I read a list of episodes from Wiki to see which ones to dl I accidently read the ending. FUCK.

The ending of the series? LOL.

Or the end of the episode?

Either way, last week was fuckin sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. Between this and House, Mondays and Tuesdays are a TVgasm.

RoXer 11-15-2006 01:30 AM

I found out the end to the next two episodes. It's the episode summary. LAME. (actually it sounds kinda hot)

Savio 11-16-2006 03:49 PM

Looks like bellick is getting arrested.

Savio 11-18-2006 09:42 PM

oh and  @ the clevand steamer.

AlphaBean 11-19-2006 12:22 AM

He wasn't even going to do the real thing, he had a glass coffee table set up for it. That's why he deserved getting his skull bashed in.

Though I want T-Bag to get away with the money. He's the awesomest character this side of House.

Scofield is a PUSSY.

Savio 11-20-2006 09:33 AM

still to even want to do it.

Savio 11-20-2006 08:42 PM

op, sucre's dead.

AlphaBean 11-21-2006 03:16 AM

Hahaha I thought that at first, but was like, RU FUCKING KIDDING NO HE AINT. HE IS SUCRE. People love him.

But C-Note is going to bite it for his boo, watch. It's the only thing that can happen. What he did to her, and how she handled it. That, combined with her being hot, makes me love that girl.

Ogen 11-22-2006 01:19 PM

WTF Sucre they can't kill him off :( thats just wrong

AlphaBean 11-22-2006 01:37 PM

Didn't you see the previews for next week? I don't think he dies.

Savio 11-26-2006 05:41 PM

Like a F16 can't kill a guy in a parachute

AlphaBean 11-26-2006 10:46 PM

If he "jumps at the last second" and the jet going 2375293074390274039724 mph just shoots one rocket, sees an explosion in their rearview mirror, I doubt they'll double back in case there are people floating in the air. Their job was to shoot down the plane.

Sucre is going to get caught on a breeze and land on top of Mahone though, watch!

Maybe Fox will get really funny with it and land him at CTU.

 probably

Savio 11-27-2006 08:31 PM

I was about to say if the keys weren't planted there....

Blitz 11-27-2006 08:54 PM

Kellerman face turn :y:

Dragon 11-27-2006 11:47 PM

I dunno, did anyone not see that Kellerman turn happening? Seemed like the most obvious thing.

Savio 11-28-2006 12:28 AM

I did

I was rooting for the guy since he captured sarah.

RoXer 11-28-2006 01:01 PM

PS I <3 T-Bag

Ogen 11-28-2006 05:20 PM

Kellerman turn was so obvious that I really hoped he wouldn't at all. Wasn't a fan of this one really. Was far too easy for Michael and Linc to get away from everyone bar them two. Sucre \0/ rules however.

T-Bag just amazing was disapointed no Haywire mention for it :(

AlphaBean 11-29-2006 06:23 PM

Haywire is halfway to Holland by now.

Seriously though, Kellerman as face was a very important plot vehicle. They didn't "jump the shark" but they did do something to make this a whole new ballgame. The same people on the same sides was getting kind of tedious.

BTW have I mentioned how bomb C-Note's girl is?

I bet next season will be 100% about finding Sarah.

Dragon 11-29-2006 06:35 PM

When was the last time Haywire was actually mentioned?

Boondock Saint 11-29-2006 08:42 PM

T-Bag is the man but why does he always go after the most heinous chicks?

Haywire was mentioned this episode, just that he was one of 4 still at large.

AlphaBean 11-30-2006 12:55 AM

Well in the last ep, he went for a decidedly plain girl -- notice how they focused on her shoes, a girl who wears sneakers usually has image issues, which is how he made her love him in what seemed to be a few hours.

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure he's fucked some cute teenage girls, too, they just don't focus on that, probably wouldn't sit well with the censors.

Savio 11-30-2006 03:11 PM

I think it'd be cool if we like never heard from sucre again, maybe once just so we see he did escape.

AlphaBean 12-01-2006 12:24 PM

Yeah, on one hand they set up his exit nicely. He looked at the guy, was like "damn shame," put on his hat and walked off like The Man. You don't want to tarnish that, but then he IS involved -- and they want all of them to be gone. He's in Mexico now, so it seems pretty difficult to be able to track him unless Mary Cruz was a set-up, I mean... she was his only visitor besides Hector, and he called her like 20 times after he broke out, so why wouldn't Kim/Mahone have somebody waiting for him to crash the reunion?

Speaking of Mahone, did it seem to anybody else that Kellerman caught him in the shoulder which wouldn't kill him? Personally, I wanted to see Mahone get at least one more con... maybe C-Note, who besides the "touching story of his family," really serves no purpose, ya feel me?

But if you think about it, while the Kellerman turn isn't a surprise to people (though I'm the only one to call it), 1: He probably will turn again, they always do... and 2: If you think about it, this freshens the story up a whole lot. From the beginning, Kellerman loved to talk. He loved to get close to people, he always seemed too human, and only evil out of loyalty. Kim doesn't give a fuck. So now we have two less bad guys in Kellerman and Mahone, but we have Kim, who's probably a machine and will just start killing people indiscriminately, hence the "I hate to go into the field" thing. He'll be bitter that he has to do field work, and people gunna die.

At least, they really need to, because how much more badass can you get than Kellerman? He always looked so sympathetic while killing all those people, and with what he did to Sarah... and LJ's mom and stepdad... his partner... and that cleaner dude they called in earlier (lol, worst death in the whole show so far).

So I will expect nothing less from Kim beheading Kellerman with a samurai sword and bathing in his neck blood.

La la la I'm babbling. I'm excited for when 24 and this are back... it will make for some good TV.

Boondock Saint 12-01-2006 12:41 PM

I don't think Mahone is dead. It was a clear shot in the shoulder...I hope he's not dead anyway.

AlphaBean 12-04-2006 12:30 AM

Boondock Saint 01-23-2007 03:15 PM

lol Bellick.

Savio 01-29-2007 08:12 PM

Mike was pretty stupid last week

Savio 02-23-2007 08:52 AM

Alright I haven't caught the past 3 weeks and I guess none of you did either.....but incase you did what happened?

RBM 02-23-2007 04:14 PM

I've been watching. Half assedly.

Lets see...

Mahone gets Bellick out of jail and he helps him track down Haywire, whom Mahone persuades to jump to his death.

Michael and Linc work with Kellerman throughout the eps, they meet up with Sarah. They get the old warden to help them retrieve a bit of evidence in exchange for Michael turning himself in but the pope doesn't make him keep his word.

Uh... T-bag holds the family in captivity but eventually lets them go.

C-Note's daughter needs some major medical help so he stops running and turns himself in so that she can get the help she needs without having to worry about running or hiding. He agrees to help Mahone find Michael, he wants his wife set free to take care of the daughter.

Boondock Saint 02-23-2007 05:06 PM

C-Note needs to die.

Savio 10-25-2007 09:15 PM

Sarahs still alive BTW

RoXer 10-26-2007 12:19 AM

I thought it was Brad Pitt's wife's head in the box.

I was almost right.

Jon Kano 10-26-2007 05:37 AM

Why the break? fuckin idiots will segregate viewers, not keep them.

RoXer 10-28-2007 10:46 PM

Might be from something called a World Series. Dunno though.

ron the dial 10-28-2007 10:50 PM

Sarah better be alive. That just didn't feel right. It still doesn't.

Savio 10-30-2007 02:00 PM

I would be heavely retarded if she was thought was she was certainly dead twice.

I was pissed last night too when I saw it wasn't on

O.G Loc 10-31-2007 05:57 AM

Sarah's dead. The actress that plays her had to take time off during filming because she was pregnant.

Yup. They were gonna bring her back a few episodes down the line after she'd had her baby (hence you not seeing her face in the first few episodes) etc but they couldn't agree on a new contract.

Gutted btw. So hot.

As for Sarah being dead....I thought it was a bold move. I was half way expecting it when they were making a big deal of what was in the box. I knew it was either her or perhaps a hand of hers or L.Js.

well at the time of that post Gretchen was assumed dead.

They usually do kill one person off at the begining of each season

Shaggy 09-02-2008 11:13 PM

I walked out of the room for a second and walked back in and saw them doing the laser thing to michael...

Are they taking his tattoos away? I didnt hear them talk about it but thats what I figured they were doing.

Avenger 09-03-2008 12:14 AM

What the fuck? That was class but I thought that was Sara in the last scene, not Gretchen? I immediately presumed there is a decoy Sara or something! it looked so like her!

Dragon 09-03-2008 10:29 PM

What was the point of Scofield getting all the tattoos removed (nevermind how ridiculous it was). He just wore a long sleeved shirt the rest of the show anyway I think. Just seemed kind of pointless.

Also, LOL @ T-Bag eating the fat guy. A little ridiculous, especially when he's dragging him to the fire and all of a sudden just screams out.

Jon Kano 09-04-2008 11:57 AM

The fat guy T-Bag ate, I swear thats the fat guy who failed to break out with them at Fox River in the first one?!?!

Regardless, I though it was a fuckin awesome start to the season. Little pissed off 'Whistler' was killed, wanted to know his story etc, but I'm lookin forward to the whole thing!

Whats the General's game though? '10,000 people' as being acceptable? maybe a bomb, or mass killing of somesort for the company to get global domination or something.

I thought at the end of season 2 there was going to be some kind of cloning/super soldier storyline, the General said, 'of course he will, its in his blood' with reference to a lacky saying how Scofield is just gonna break out of SONA. And they were in some kind of science lab, maybe Michael and Linc are the product of a super-mind/super-strength experiment or something?

RBM 09-05-2008 04:35 PM

I dunno man, Prison Break is really stretching any level of plausability at this point.

FIrst off, there's no way he has all those tattoos removed in one day, particularly without any drugs and then just walk around all fine shortly after where all he can say is that he feels 'lighter'

How in the fuck did Sona burn down? Such a weak plot device.

Also, lol @ token asian techy/computer hacker/expert. That device he invented is completely impossible. Fun sci fi type stuff though I guess.

The Gretchen thing... some people on imdb think that Gretchen is actually Sarah in disguise and that Sarah is in captivity. That would be so ridiculous if they were trying to pull that off.

The show really lost its magic after the first season and I'll probably continue watching this season as it's semi fun, but meh.

Jon Kano 09-06-2008 01:56 PM

How the fuck can Gretchen (captured) be Sara? Sara is already, er, yinno on screen helping Michael?!? Not to mention Gretchen being taken away by Wyatt.

SONA burning down was a weak plot device.

But that aside, season 2 was an non-stop, 'on the run' awesome series.

Series 3 simply showed they could do another show inside on location again to a good degree, I liked it.

I think its a good show.

RBM 09-06-2008 04:42 PM

People were thinking that Gretchen had either major plastic surgery or some sort of device right out of Mission Impossible 3 to pretend to be her, which is of course ridiculous.

I think season 2 rubbed me the wrong way becuase they offed Tweener and Abruzzi, two of my favorite characters after T-bag. Mahone also annoyed me all season. He wasn't an enjoyable antagonist like Bellick or Kellerman.

As long as you can disattach yourself from the far fetchedness of everything, it's an enjoyable show. It's just that seeing Michael's plan go into effect and just the whole prison atmosphere where all of the protagonists and antagonists have to coexist ultimately made it quite enjoyable for me. I do like the approach where they totally change the vibe of each season, it's just that none of the other ones were executed as well as season 1.

Jon Kano 09-06-2008 07:49 PM

Abruzzi was also my fave till he was gunned down :(

Kellerman was friggin awesome, I still think he is alive, I remember the director saying 'we chose to film his death in a wide angle shot for a reason' kinda hinting it was more than an aesthetic reason. Storywise, he coulda had friends in The Company who saved him? When he said, 'What took you so long' he coulda meant as in to save him? They shoot bullets into the van he is in at the driver and passenger since he was sitting at the side? Maybe, possibly. Hopefully. I liked him.

'All I see is a big black hole, and they are gonna suck us in one by one, only when they come for me? I'm gonna take out as many of them as I can...'

And yeah, I agree season 1 was the bollcks, but still like the show a lot.

RBM 09-06-2008 11:34 PM

Oh, I could definitely see Kellerman being alive and possibly seeing him again before all is said and done. The only bad part is that the actor has a starring role on Private Practice which could interfere with anything like that and who knows if Prison Break will last past this season.

And yeah, I've followed all 3 seasons of PB so far. Barring a complete meltdown, there's no reason for me not to see it out til the end.

Jon Kano 09-07-2008 01:29 PM

TIS WHAT I WANNA HEAR

The Destroyer 09-07-2008 03:00 PM

I thought the season got off to a terrible start to be honest - seemed to rush too much into the new setup (especially the whole Sona burning down thing). Second episode was better, so fingers crossed it gets back to the normal high standard.

I can't see Kellerman coming back for the reason RBM stated - very difficult to get actors back when they're committed to another series. Would be nice though.

Jon Kano 09-07-2008 04:34 PM

Cameo, one quick episode, shitlads of money,it could happen.

Agreed

XL 01-21-2009 03:25 PM

So, what's happening with the end of Season 4? IMDb has another 2 episodes listed but no air dates for them.

The Destroyer 01-21-2009 03:39 PM

Think it's due back in April.

Not sure for how many episodes though - and once they're done, that's the show finished.

Savio 01-21-2009 03:55 PM

Bout time last season was bad. I hated the Self turn. The brothers working for the company is pretty cool though.

ron the dial 01-21-2009 04:16 PM

i'm just hoping that they wrap this show up soon. i still enjoy watching it but really how much more can they do?

The Destroyer 01-22-2009 02:48 AM

You'll be glad to hear that Fox have cancelled it then. Sounds as if they're at least getting a chance to wrap things up properly though.

Savio 05-17-2009 03:00 PM

I think the last 2 episodes were really good. Not a bad send off.

Matt Gingarac 05-18-2009 10:34 AM

Only watched season 1, the other seasons were as i would say pointless.
no point in calling a show PRISON break if ur only in prison for one season.

soryy but shit shit shit

Shaggy 05-18-2009 11:38 PM

Apparently the final two episodes are going to be released on DVD entitled.... Prison Break: The Final Break

This is apparently the listing for the final two episodes...

Quote:

The federal government can’t touch Michael Scofield, so they’re going after the woman he loves. When Sara is arrested for murder, only Michael can rescue her — and their unborn child — from an impenetrable women’s prison. With a price on Sara’s head and time running out, Michael must rely on his deadliest enemies to help attempt the most daring breakout ever. Combining white-knuckle intensity with jaw-dropping action and suspense, this is Prison Break like it’s never been seen before.

The Destroyer 05-23-2009 08:00 AM

The two final episodes seem a bit pointless given how the series itself ended. But oh well.

They're being shown in the UK on Wednesday anyway, so not long to wait.

Shaggy 08-07-2009 08:56 PM

I know its basically bumping this thread but I just finally got around to watching "Prison Break-The Final Break"

It was actually pretty good and actually justifies why they went with that ending for the finale....

Droford 08-09-2009 08:34 PM

I got it a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to find 90 minutes to watch it..

I do like that they used the idea for the Female Prison Break spinoff (Prison Break: Cherry Hill) in it but used Sara instead of some random new character.

Jon Kano 08-09-2009 09:07 PM

As far as I'm aware Cherry Hill was a proposed pilot for a spinoff but didn't get the green light. This special 90 min feature was indeed called The Final Break.
