I wonder if Vince will allow her have a few drinks to help loosen up, seeing as how she's a raging alcoholic and all

SammyG's head will probably explode when he sees Snooki on Raw.

Heh. I'm sure he paid Scott Hall in booze, so...

The one on his shoulders? Or the other one? :naughty:

Anybody Thrilla 03-09-2011 07:15 PM

I suppose it's open to interpretation.

Maybe this "disaster" will lead to something like the formation of the NEW Jersey Triad (see what I did there?)

Snooki comes out, which prompts DDP, which leads to Ryder being blessed by DDP to carry the gimmick. Then, he'll just need an enforcer with flame tats on his skull and guy to wear a "who better?" t-shirt. Snooki provides the immediate ratings boost that, like it or not, will happen. DDP brings in the nostalgic older fans that are watching because of The Rock, and Ryder gets the rub and push into something that ISN'T related to Superstars duty.

But... who would make acceptable Bigelow and Kanyon substitutes?

XL 03-10-2011 06:20 AM

Brodus Clay for Bam Bam 2011.

So wait...They're all closet homosexuals trying to prove their "manhood?"

I put forward Trent Barreta. He could use the catchphrase "Who Barreta than Kanyon?" to which the crowd would respond ":wtf:"

Hate that fawking show but if it gets Ryder that much closer to the US title then there won't be any complaints here. :D

Right now, I don't believe there's any accurate replacements for Bam Bam and Kanyon. They're irreplacable.

Crusher Bam Bam Bigelow, one of the most agile big men in history, I don't think the big men today as are as agile as Bam Bam.

And Chris Kanyon, he was very innovative with offense and moves, I don't think there's anyone that can be as creative as Chris was.

Ultra Mantis 03-10-2011 03:08 PM

Well thankfully we have Zack Ryder to accurately replace DDP, otherwise this whole Jersey Triad v2 idea would all be for naught.

But...But Punk is Straight Edge! Even in real life! Straight Edge means no drinking, smoking, drugs, casual sex and stuff like that!****

****Unless, you know, you really want to. Preaching a lifestyle about abstaining from the poisons of society and then smoking a cigarette while nailing a whore in the back of the club is totally Straight Edge.

XL 03-13-2011 07:12 AM

I don't know why there was ever a (minor) fuss made about this.

Jersey Shore
A show where guys that spend too much time in the gym/tanning salon talk smack and walk around pretending to be tough guys, whilst the girls act like whores who are also tough. All presented as being "real".

Wrestling

She should fit right in.

Jeritron 03-13-2011 01:48 PM

It is pretty amusing to see the respective fans criticize eachother

Vox Populi 03-13-2011 09:45 PM

This XL character is absolutely dominating this thread with sound logic and great points.

You are entering parody territory now.

CSL 03-13-2011 09:51 PM

And the same kind of people that cry about Snooki being on RAW are the same kind that were crying about Justin Bieber potentially being at Mania.

Ok so Snooki is gonna be at WrestleMania. Anyone else wanna join me in boycotting Mania this year?

Xero 03-14-2011 11:43 PM

I'll say it. The segment wasn't bad. In fact, I enjoyed it.

Loose Cannon 03-14-2011 11:47 PM

yea, she did real good. enjoyed the segment. wish Ryder would of got more play though

Nark Order 03-14-2011 11:51 PM

She played her role fairly well and didn't go into retard mode like most celebrities when they get in front of the RAW crowd. I'LL ALLOW IT!

Snowden 03-14-2011 11:56 PM

Loved it. Actually a really great get by the WWE for Wrestlemania, shes got mainstream appeal and there's a large crossover fan base between the two shows.

Can't really see the downside to getting someone who just made the cover of Rolling Stone. And I don't get the complaining...she'll make a 10 minute appearance, hit a move or two, mostly stand on the apron, and then leave. There's been much worse.

dronepool 03-15-2011 12:01 AM

I think putting Morrison on her team sucks, generally I'd take a piss break or something during a Divas match, but now that Morrison is in it, him and Ziggler might do something cool, that is if the streams are working that day. Damn it.

And LayCool don't forget LayCool

MoFo 03-15-2011 12:43 AM

needs moar J-Woww.

JimmyMess 03-15-2011 08:11 AM

maybe she will get to wasted an no-show.

Cuse8 03-15-2011 08:44 AM

she really came off a heck of a lot better then i thought. she nailed the lou thesz press (even though he may be rolling around in his grave right now) and really looked like she was taking it to layla (easy fellas).

I agree she'll mostly stand on the apron, probably will get the pinfall with a move theyll call the "snooki bomb" or something like that.

But you cant argue the huge PR this is going to get and thats the main reason the WWE is doing this.

Sure.

Actually, I won't be watching it because I canceled my cable and don't want to pay for a webcast, but if you need someone to join your boycott....

The Snook Smush. TM

Nightwing 03-15-2011 05:40 PM

Theyre getting some crazy publicity off of this. Its everywhere today. So its working.

And yeah, she didnt do a bad job at all. I was quite surprised.

#BROKEN Hasney 03-15-2011 07:08 PM

Snookie made me not skip a segment involving Laycool. I was impressed.

#BROKEN Hasney 03-15-2011 07:09 PM

It was the first time I'd ever seen her, but I would smash that trashy little goblin.

Troelar 03-15-2011 09:37 PM

So long as the Divas title doesn't somehow gets involved in the Snooki-feud, I think we'll be okay.
But yeah, given her history (judging by the GIF from earlier in the thread) she should be able to make a few spots work just fine.

Snooki's impact on WWE

Quote:

WWE Raw on Monday, March 14 featuring Snooki as "guest star" scored a 3.65 rating, down from last week's 3.92 rating and the recent 3.82 average on February 21 and 28.

Geee what a shock.
