I don't think that's entirely it though.
Wrestlemania typically has your "fairweather fans" (for lack of a better term), so naturally you have a stadium filled with lowest-common-denominator type. Tonight is more like a typical smarky NY crowd (a la ECW), and it just makes for a significantly more engaging show. Sure the open air stadium didn't help but I don't think being indoors would have made a significant difference either. crossrine |
