Think its one of those Yes/No type answers in the sense that its no longer a requirement or implied in order to be guaranteed a big push but some still do it because of the lingering perception that is around in WWE.

Same for the closer you are to Vince's ideal image, the more likely your going to be in his good graces for potential big pushes regardless if you earned it or not.

I have no issue with Peyton and Billie's boob jobs and would in fact be quite happy to appreciate the work up close and personal.
