He was a lot better in NJPW mainly because they gave him the time and spotlight to shine. Hasn't gotten the same treatment in NXT due to how bloated the roster is and lack of quality time to spread around until tonight.

They haven't said yet, but Triple H said Cruiserweight stuff will be "under the NXT umbrella"
