Yes, they are. The album is a separate download from the WWE edits of the themes (although some of the tracks are used in full and are available as themes as well).

Not all of them. I deleted the MP3 files from the servers when I thought the letter was real. I'm re-uploading them, which will take quite some time, maybe a few days. But in the end, not only will the themes be back up, but there will be more themes than before and more accurate theme counts.

While this thread is going strong... TR you got Glacier's 2nd theme? I am such a mark for him it's ridiculous.
