As good as it gets!

Nowhere else can you see something so.. utterly beautiful as this. Hell, I am tempted to make a shock site with this as the image and Jeff's TNA theme running in the background. Can't wait till Joe Rogan captures his reaction to this. I will call it "2 balls, 1 nutcase"...

VSG 03-08-2011 03:34 PM

LOL it made it to the page. Guess they don't have a review-the-reviews system there.

It's TNA, you know they can't afford those.

Wow, you're right.

I gave it a go myself, it seems like all they care about it the Star Rating.

I've got 2 words for everyone. Chikara Pro.

I'm very excited.

15 years after I put him to rest.

The return of The 123 Kid.

CSL 03-08-2011 04:53 PM

Ugh. You might need to highlight the above post to see it all depending on what scheme you're using.

thecc 03-08-2011 05:29 PM

1-2-3 kid in chikara should be all kinds of awesome. Hopefully it leads to him having a team for king of trios.

MoFo 03-08-2011 05:51 PM

What makes you think he'll actually show up?

This really brought the room together. It's the perfect centerpiece for my mantle, just above my fireplace. Hoping to see more of these in different designs and hues.

Xero 03-08-2011 06:37 PM

Does The Ultimate Warrior get mad if you call him Jim?

Ah, two former WWE superstars sharing a moment or 2.

Also, would have LMAO'ed if his name tag said "THE".

MoFo 03-08-2011 07:36 PM

Someone post that Maryse smiley please.

Xero 03-08-2011 08:10 PM

From PWInsider:

Ben Bodhi sent word that Shelton Benjamin worked a dark match at tonight's WWE Smackdown taping in his hometown of Houston, Texas, defeating Curt Hawkins. Benjamin received a nice reaction from the crowd live.

Beth Phoenix Fan 03-08-2011 09:23 PM

SPOILER: show
Edge opens the show and challenges Alberto Del Rio to a fight. Del Rio and Brodus Clay come out. Edge attacks but is dropped by Clay. Christian come out to make the save but Del Rio and Clay get the upperhand. Teddy Long comes out and announces a tag team match for tonight's main event. = Edge and Christian vs Alberto Del Rio and Brodus Clay.

CSL 03-08-2011 09:28 PM

If they do 'old school', I'll definitely watch Smackdown this week.

Innovator 03-08-2011 09:29 PM

I shall now call Orton's punt the "FCW" kick, or some variation of that.

SlickyTrickyDamon 03-08-2011 09:34 PM

Why didnt Drew even mention wrestling? He was in the royal rumble.

I call it the Avada Kadavera.

VSG 03-08-2011 11:39 PM

What a great night! Totally loved the live experience of WWE.. Oh and they were taping Tough Enough segments behind the tron about an hour before NXT began. No Austin but Booker T was in his GI Joe attire

CSL 03-09-2011 04:15 AM

Apparently Matt Cross/M-Dogg 20 will be on Tough Enough. Going in a Ultimate Fighter/'guys with legit experience' route is probably a good move, especially if it opens doors for guys that wouldn't otherwise stand a chance of being seen by WWE. Looking forward to this more and more.

Oh, and Shelton too. :shifty:

VSG 03-09-2011 11:17 AM

lol ya I marked out for him and almost shouted out "BLACK REF!!!!". Here is a better shot:

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/_Z...2/IMG_0906.JPG

Oh and I finally answered the question "What's under the WWE ring?"

https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/_Z...0/IMG_1170.JPG

More tv monitors :|

Xero 03-09-2011 11:30 AM

Never really thought of monitors being under the ring, but it makes sense. Either for backup or for the guys who have to hide under the ring for their timing.

VSG 03-09-2011 11:32 AM

Ya that's what I figured as well. Also, I had no idea the refs did double duty as the ring crew as well. They changed the ropes, the mat and the lot.

Cool King 03-09-2011 12:19 PM

Yeah, it's the same for Tony Chimel too.

I'm sure he used to help set up the ring before being a ring announcer.

#BROKEN Hasney 03-09-2011 02:33 PM

Oh god, I forgot about when Nash dressed up as Vince. Sid believed it actually was Vince and goes off on him :'(

Pretty sure he still does. Pretty sure he was the ring crew leader for a while, may still be.

NWA/TNA Weekly PPV #13

During a meeting with Jeff and Jerry Jarrett concerning this and future shows, Vince Russo expressed interest in introducing a KKK character to feud with Ron Killings. Jerry, already skeptical of Russo’s understanding of the wrestling business, vetoed the idea immediately and wrote this show by himself.

Ultra Mantis 03-09-2011 03:06 PM

Even worse, Ron Killings was a heel at the time.

Xero 03-09-2011 03:10 PM

LOL, wow.
