He's not a good coach, he's not a good leader, he's not a good motivator, he's not a good disciplinarian, he's not a good decision maker, he's not a good drafter, he's not a good personnel hirer, and he's not a smart person.

To be fair (in part) he might have better success drafting if he had, I dunno, a GM. Or anything like the normal quota of scouts.

It's possible, but it's not a lack of scouts or a GM that allows players to quit on him or not make adjustments or refuse to rethink his gameplan and scoff at reporters who ask him why he remains so steadfast in his plans that don't work.
