So tomorrow on RAW we're gonna see a "Rock Concert"?

Geez, everytime The Rock comes back, everything's becoming so predictable.

Watching Impact, Aries just referred to himself and Roode as a "wet dream team".

Basically, I want you to provide everyone in the arena (on camera) a random Triple H sign/picture. I want the arena covered in Triple H photos.

If you do this, I will give you $100.

Poit 01-13-2013 09:37 PM

I think the expense of printing those would be way more than $100.

Teddy Long's Top 10 Tag Team Matches by WWE.com

Quote:

Before taking on the role of Senior Advisor in SmackDown General Manager Booker T’s administration, Theodore Rufus Long was himself one of the most successful GMs in WWE history. Spending time in charge of SmackDown and the rebirth of ECW, Long was known as a tough but fair leader. He was also renowned for his propensity to diffuse any hostile situation with the skillful use of one type of match in particular.

When four or more Superstars were in the ring, bickering back and forth, it was almost inevitable that Teddy Long’s music would blare through the speakers.

“Now, hold on a minute, playas,” he would bellow, before explaining to them that their incessant arguing would not take up precious time on his show. In Teddy Long’s world, there is only one way to settle these massive differences.

“We’re going to have ourselves a tag team match!” Long would exclaim, as the heroes rejoiced at the opportunity to get their hands on a rival, while the villainous Superstars seethed in anger.

Long’s disposition for tag team battles has become his calling card, so much so that when he turned one into a Fatal Four-Way Match, the WWE Universe was floored. Conspiracy theories were found in bunches around the internet as fans tried to make sense of the madness.

One strange decision aside, Teddy Long has won over the hearts of the WWE Universe with his unbridled passion for tag team competition. As SmackDown’s historic 700th episode approaches, join WWE.com in celebrating 10 of the finest tag team bouts Long ever put together.

From the Observer:

Quote:

* Mark Henry's return to WWE is still not known at this time. Henry had stated publicly that he was getting close back in December, but still left doubt if he would ever return.

* As noted earlier here on the website, Christian is scheduled to return for WWE at the end of January. No word on if he'll be a "surprise" entrant in the 30-man Royal Rumble match.

* Santino Marella suffered a neck injury at Friday night's WWE live event from Austin, Texas. He's been taken off the road while doctors evaluate the injury. Jamie Noble filled in for Santino on Saturday night, wrestling Tensai.

From the dirtsheets:
Quote:

There is talk within WWE that Randy Orton may need some time off soon to deal with a personal situation. No word yet on what the issue is, but it has nothing to do with the Wellness or behavioral issues that have kept him out of the ring in recent years.

About to watch the main event of TNA's ppv last night, Jeff Hardy vs. Austin Aries vs. Bobby Roode in an elimination match. Sounds pretty fun. Still wondering if James Storm is ever gonna get his title shot he won a few ppv's back though. (I know he lost a match to Roode for it, but what the fuck was the point of having him win it in the first place if that was ALL they were gonna do with it?!)

That new Hogan lawsuit for $50,000,000 wasn't just TNA and back related....It appears that he was offered a shot to wrestle John Cena and to be paid that amount and due to the botched back surgeries he had to decline.......

I wonder what TNA thinks of their "hero" abandoning ship for a match against Cena...I assume at Mania.

Probably, but it'll forever go down as a "legit botch" by the majority of people.

Much like Sylvain Grenier's "botch" when he attempted to do a kip-up during a match against Shelton Benjamin on Raw, many moons ago.

He intentionally botched it but a lot of people still say it was a "legit botch".

It just seems really random to me and like an angle you would get on an old SmackDown game's story mode. WZ has learned from sources inside WWE that the reason The Undertaker, Bret Hart and other big name legends weren't used on Raw last night was because Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels weren't available.

As reported, Austin and HBK were both in Las Vegas for a hunting convention which is why they weren't in Houston for RAW.

Because those two could not make it, WWE decided to drop any plans of using other big name legends, most notably The Undertaker and Bret Hart. The feeling was they didn't want to have a bunch of legendary names on RAW and it draw attention or heat on Austin and Michaels for not being there

Yes that is my exact version. To a fucking tee.

No, but seriously, instead of trying to be funny, try using your fucking head and think about the business from an entertainment point and not a logical point. Cause you seem so dead set on everything being logical. Which is why John Cena's face is battered and bruised every week he comes out.

Oh it isn't? It's squeaky clean? Hmm that's LOGICAL.
