Taker winning the Rumble in Texas would get a massive ovation, but it would require using the Cena record breaking title win at a show other than Mania.

Actually Cena might be "revered" enough by the smarks to get cheered at the Rumble.

Taker winning the Rumble would be interesting since it would make a potential Cena-Taker match more unpredictable than if it was Taker as champ and Cena as challenger.

Maybe even back-off on Taker-Cena happening at Mania and save it for SummerSlam so Taker's talk about not wanting to be defined by Mania becomes true. Cena still gets to tie Flair's championship mark on a big ppv event since WWE has built up SummerSlam over the years to be seen as equal to Mania in status.

WWE.com says the Wild Card triple threat will be Heath Slater vs. Konnor vs. Tyler Breeze. They and Ryder were the Final Four in the battle royal last week.

I assume Slater will win so they can squeeze one more Slater/Rhyno vs. Wyatts match out before they break up Slater and Rhyno. After that, they'll be out of face teams.

I can't lie......I'm very oddly intrigued by the idea of Konnor winning that match and having a pseudo-face Ascension team get a shot against the Wyatts. It'd just be a filler program before Alpha get their chance but I think it could be fun.

See I would throw the champs in there too. With the hook being each champ could win and challenge for the other title. Since it's the first ever women's Rumble, everyone should want to be in it. Only problem is I would want Charlotte to win and she's already champ.

I would throw in Maryse and Lana just to beef up the numbers.

And then yeah, throw in some vets like Mickie James, Lita, I forget if Trish is pregnant or just was pregnant. They could probably easily get 4/5 vets that would pop the crowd.

All in all 20 is a realistic number, which was the number they had for the first men's Rumble.
