Michaels and Jericho have traded squeaked-out victories so much that they need a match that's set up to eliminate a fluke. Iron Man matches are good for that.

There is really only two choices for match of the night, I'm going with Jericho/Michaels just because I think the matches were equal and a ladder match is harder to do well in my opinion. Both matches were great, both had terrific, non-conclusive endings that leave a rematch to be believable.

Iron Man inside of a cage or cell!??!

I know it sounds VERY TNA-sih but it would prevent Cade from interfering and give us a very strong conclusion.

Iron Man constitutes multiple falls and a time limit. It's a great match but I feel as though it's a little inconclusive considering.
I'd have an Iron Man match at Survivor Series where Jericho screws him somehow at the end, and talks about how appropo it is for the snake to get screwed at Survivor Series.
Then a Hell in a Cell at Armageddon, cuz there seems to always be one at Armageddon.

We did just have a Hell in a Cell, but it was for the other brand. Between this and Batista's title shot that will be two PPV's away, and they could possibly even stretch it to three if they give CM Punk his rematch. I would love to see the Iron Man match. I don't know if it would work on a tri-branded PPV though.

2 out of 3 falls with each fall having a gimmick would be nice.

Hell in a Cell has supplanted the Cage match as a very final fued ender. I think it would be a wise choice. Not many gimmicks needed.

Even though I think it will and should be for the title (i don't think Tista wins), the feud transcends the world title. It doesn't need the belt for the match/feud to have meaning. Really, all the title did for this feud is give them something logical to hang above the ring for a ladder match.

I'd rather Jericho have a long title run than deal with Codetista's 4th world title reign

Well i noticed he didn't seem to put much, if any weight on the knee from that point forward, so its hard to say.

There's no glass ceiling about it, they're giving Hardy a chance to prove that he's not going to punch his wellness ticket a third time. If he can keep up a good run of having his head firmly on his shoulder's, he'll be champion shortly after Mania.

So HHH/Big Show next month?
