So far there aint no good teamwork on most servers from what I see just a bunch of guys jacking off in the bushes with sniper rifles and a squad or two actually going for OBJ. The only thing artificial about me Kalyx is when I have no emotion on the public Battlefield. I don't care who dies and occaisionly I will ignore a dead comrade. I only feel bad cos you're on another platform and not PC so we cannot have a game together. Public is also good for getting all of your pins. If they fix the M1 I can bronze all weapons and only boats left for Bronzing all vehicles.

I could hop on now and get a full room, or at least a crowded game larger than 10 people. And the only people there are the people who wanna be there (past the hype) so it's even better in a way (that's why I'm still getting AvP, even though I know people moved on).

In many cases I go where the party is, and in some cases I don't mind that I'm basically in an extended party. Good games deserve this pardon.

Finally got Veteran status working. Had to play a game of 1943 to get it. For some reason my past Battlefield history is not recognized by EA. Battlefield 2 (console) and Bad Company 1 is not on there. Fucking lame.

Picked this up about 2 weeks ago and my cousin and I have been playing it online almost every free chance. Only online achievement im missing is level 22 which I am like 600 points from getting and the demolition man achievement.

Led a scrappy team to to victory with a 2500+ score (1000pts over the very next guy on the board). Got best squad (and finally maxed out the Medic class). Left the very next game. To Hell with babysitting... it's stressful.

Revive protection is the fail. Need to turn it off. Matches are dead now cos of this. Best teams have quit.

Haven't played yet, but I'm betting its something that prevents you from dieing instantly after being revived, because some idiot revived you while the guy that killed you was still directly in front of you.

That's not true at all in this case. It's about enjoyment. Kinda like CSS. When everyone is playing with the AWP, it takes away that uncertainty and skill of playing with other weapons.

LoDown pretty much has it. Basically. 5v5. You're kill someone and they are not shooting back, just reviving. You're killing people and wiping out 2 or 3 guys, but they just spam the paddles and it just kills the enjoyment amongst other things.

I'm having the joys of downloading that right now. Seems to be going relatively quickly compared to most Xbox Live downloads at least.

Not sure if it's my connection or the game, but out of the 3 matches I've played so far, I've lost connection to the server in 2 of them within seconds. Annoying, since it was fun to get back into it.

And now bugs ahoy on the new maps - my team "lost" when we killed the last of the attacking side in Rush on Harvest Day, due to it suddenly deciding that we were actually the attacking side. Whoops.

Liking Vietnam so far. You get a definite Battlefield 1943 vibe from it as far as the map intros and everything goes.

Shame there's not that many maps, but hey, pretty good as far as DLC goes.
