In terms of Co-Op modes available, Treyarch confirms no Campaign Co-Op mode for Black Ops. Local Co-op so far just includes split-screen combat training and multiplayer.

Treyarch did announce there was more modes to be announced at a later date.

It's been blatantly obvious to most players that snipers need balancing and one of those 2 would help. Hell, thermal scope might just be a killstreak and not something many people use anyway.

i dunno, ive kinda gone easy on the thermal scope hating. I suck at sniping, so i use a thermal when i need to pick someone off, but i dont think the thermal has made me a better sniper by any means.

I still think if you can snipe, you can snipe, no matter what the attachment. If not, well then youll still suck at it.

If by now you arent a journeyman sniper in MW2, you must be avoiding Sniper Rifles like the plague.

I suck terribly with the Intervention but started using it recently and am doing as good as I normally do with snipers.

Also, tossed a Silencer and ACOG on a WA2000 and the thing is fucking beastly. Might leave that setup alone for awhile.

Picked this up again in prep for Black Ops and maybe MOH. Forgot how fun it is.

Also, no shit its gonna be built better...its not like they arent gonna take the previous build and improve on it.

Well, public betas always are the better option since so many people will play, and there are alot of asses out there who will try to find a way to cheat.

But it really does come down to how quickly they can respond. Any game, no matter how public the beta, will eventually show some cracks.
