How do all these dumb things "train" them for wrestling?

I just saw some of this episode on Youtube. The commentary made the show entertaining. It was pretty funny. WWE's never openly criticized their own show like this so it's pretty unique. Probably not a good idea, since the NXT girls are being completely buried but at least it's entertaining for now.
