Cesaro's issue is not his in ring performance.. one of the best in the biz.. needs tons of work on the mic and that is not really his fault.. its just the perception of.. how do I say it.. the European personality.

Gertner's dead on about Cesaro. He doesn't have the mic skills to be anything more than a "good hand".

BUT you can't improve if you never get any time on the mic, so hopefully they keep giving him opportunities and he can improve enough to break through to the top.
