Casey Blake grand slam, 2 solo bombs from Hafner in the Indians home opener.

Wishing I could see this series with the Twins on TV here :(

The Miz 04-08-2006 11:54 PM

Check out my boy Chris Shelton

YOUR Hero 04-09-2006 12:43 AM

do you think he'll get 162 HRs this year?!?!!?!

The Miz 04-09-2006 06:40 PM

Barry Zito - 6 IP, 0 ER, H, 6 K
Rich Harden - 7 IP, 1 ER, 3 H, BB, 8 K
Joe Blanton - 8 IP, 0 ER, 2 H, BB, 6 K

RoXer 04-09-2006 08:17 PM

oaklandf'na's

Jesus Shuttlesworth 04-09-2006 08:36 PM

Tim Wakefield - 6 IP, 0 ER, 6 H, 2 BB, 4 K
Curt Schilling - 7 IP, 1 ER, 3 H, 2 BB, 4 K
Josh Beckett - 7 IP, 1 ER, 7 H, BB, 5 K

Clement also had 7 IP, while giving up 4 ER (not amazing but not awful) he was able to pick up 7 K's. Papelbon's ERA is 0.00 with 3 saves  I hope this shit continues

The Miz 04-09-2006 08:46 PM

A's 3 have been better :p

Jesus Shuttlesworth 04-09-2006 08:51 PM

haha yea those stats are a little better, but Zito ERA is still 8.59 :shifty:

FakeLaser 04-09-2006 11:17 PM

Pretty glad I dropped Overbay for Shelton before the season started.

The Miz 04-10-2006 03:54 PM

Coco Crisp out 6-8 weeks with a broken finger

Jesus Shuttlesworth 04-10-2006 03:59 PM

Just heard its only gonna be 10 days now

The Miz 04-10-2006 04:04 PM

No he has to wear a splint for 10 days and then he can resume baseball activites, meaning he'll probably be out around 3 weeks

SammyG 04-10-2006 06:12 PM

Dodgers are hitting the ball pretty well. Pitching should come around soon.

 He was a definite factor in my winning the first week of fantasy.

toxic rooster 04-10-2006 09:53 PM

Indians swept the Twins  - You're next, The Miz

toxic rooster 04-10-2006 09:58 PM

Probables are Washburn v Lee, Meche v Byrd and Hernandez v Johnson :o

Could be interesting

BCWWF 04-11-2006 10:56 PM

Take that Miz/Joey!

RoXer 04-12-2006 01:06 AM

:tear:

Supreme Olajuwon 04-12-2006 09:51 AM

Bronson Arroyo has more homers so far than Wily Mo Pena

Jesus Shuttlesworth 04-12-2006 10:24 AM

Wily Mo almost broke his back yesterday on the bullpen wall

Adder 04-12-2006 10:38 AM

I haven't had a chance to watch a baseball game so far this year. Who's off to a good start?

BCWWF 04-12-2006 12:02 PM

The Twins!

BCWWF 04-12-2006 12:02 PM

2-5 is good, but not great

BCWWF 04-12-2006 12:02 PM

For the Royals standards

ct2k 04-12-2006 02:25 PM

Another typical start to a Yankee season this year, blinding offense but stupid blunders costing runs and games. I can already predict how this season will go for us, but i'm not gonna speak to soon!

Only caught one game so far this season, coverage here is only sunday nights until later in the year, hopefully we'll get more after the NBA is done for the year (go Knicks :'( )

BCWWF 04-12-2006 02:58 PM

Welcome back, stay a while

Joey Slugs 04-12-2006 03:33 PM

4-4

ct2k 04-12-2006 04:06 PM

Looks like Jose Contreras just threw a blinder for the WS, i'm really happy for him...

Team Sheep 04-12-2006 08:23 PM

Mets

The Miz 04-12-2006 09:30 PM

lol Daniel Cabrera with 10 strikeouts and 9 walks :(

YOUR Hero 04-12-2006 10:29 PM

Lots of runs scored tonight in Seattle and in Boston. Thankfully my teams were on the winning end of both of them. I was surprised the Jays pulled Chacin after 5 innings. He wasn't great, but he looked like he could go further than that. AH WELL.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 04-12-2006 10:54 PM

David Wells looked good in his return :-\

Dustin Mohr tore it up tonight though, looks like this will definetly be Trot Nixon's last season in Boston.

Chacin was already at 90 pitches when he got pulled, I don't really see a point in leaving him in.

YOUR Hero 04-13-2006 09:57 AM

I didn't realize he had pitched that many pitches. I was more a casual observer of that game.

BCWWF 04-13-2006 04:51 PM

Francisco Lariano: Two innings pitched, five strikeouts.

I am in love. I'm glad the Twins found some offense and picked up the sweep, but at the same time I am disappointed that I didn't know it was a day game. Watching it on gametracker has been the staple of my nights lately.

Joey Slugs 04-13-2006 05:20 PM

5-4 and back on track.

RoXer 04-13-2006 06:20 PM

F'n Oakland A's

Dragon 04-13-2006 09:05 PM

5-4 and back on track.

At least those Royals are out of the way...:p

Twins up next I think.

BCWWF 04-13-2006 09:22 PM

Yup, Twinks and Yanks at the Dome this weekend. I'm pumped.

DaveWadding 04-14-2006 12:44 AM

Shawn Green NEEDS TO DIE.

Way to strike out when you're the tying run, fuckface.
