I think the Colts will have a great season but I think they will fall to the Pats in a classic AFC Title game.

mrslackalack 06-14-2007 11:52 PM

In a big money fantasy fb draft I was in back in 05, I had the #3 pick and and Peyton and LT were taking with the first 2 picks. I had planned on picking Alexander but I was talking with a friend who wasnt in the league and he said he would have picked Culpepper even if he had the #1 pick because he came off his best season ever. I thought about it and realized Culpepper had lost Moss but Burelson looked like a promising target. I picked Culepper and of course all the Ints and boat incidents happened then the season ending injury. Alexander went on to be MVP that season. While I had a winning season had I picked Alexander I likely would have won the title.

Ocho Cinco beat a horse, and proceeds to challenge Kobe to 1 on 1 basketball.

1) Why did he get a 100meter head start on the horse?

2) I would have lmfao if he blew an ACL doing this stupid thing...

SammyG 06-15-2007 03:34 AM

After the race, he pulled up holding his hamstring, just to scare Marvin Lewis. Pretty rofl.

Kris P Lettus 06-15-2007 04:09 AM

Saints/Ravens Superbowl

SammyG 06-15-2007 04:19 AM

Patriots will make the superbowl in the afc.

Kris P Lettus 06-15-2007 04:33 AM

RAVENS

SammyG 06-15-2007 04:46 AM

Wow, you've made two consecutive posts without having .. at the end.

Probably because a horse has double the legs? And that's how Cris Collins did it (twice and lost both times) back when he did it

but LMAO imagine if he wrecked his career because he was doing a stupid event for charity....That's so hilarious

el fregadero 06-15-2007 05:24 PM

But he didn't, thus adding to the already ghastly amount of fear the number 85 puts in the heart of d-backs.

at least it wasn't flag football on the beach...

mrslackalack 06-16-2007 12:18 AM

I wonder if the cops were called?

Kris P Lettus 06-16-2007 05:32 PM

Saints cut KR/WR Michael "Beerman" Lewis and DT/DE Willie Whitehead..

http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/NO/10227322

:(

Laraun Landry got shot in the nuts by a paintball gun Wed afternoon when Coach Gibbs allowed players to leave practice early to go out and do team activities.. Alot of the D went to play paintball and Landry got shot in the "groin".. He is favoring his left leg and can't practice for like a week..

http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/WAS/10227337

LOL

Oh and Culpeppers hand is just bruised.. He said he's more upset about wrecking his '74 Caprice..

http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/MIA/10225784

I read/hjeard all those from other sorces but that was the easiest place to find all three together..

mrslackalack 06-16-2007 11:19 PM

Lewis would def help a team in the return game.

Supreme Olajuwon 06-17-2007 03:35 AM

so does that mean Bush is gonna do KO returns this year?

He'll prolly do it "part time" like last season..

He'll be one of are 9 recievers or one of our 4 RBs..

Lewis was hurt most of last season starting from last years training camp.. They been talking about cutting him since then.. Whitehead kinda suprises me, as he's a solid veteran d-lineman and everyone keeps saying we need depth at DT..

RP 06-17-2007 10:53 AM

I'm gunna go ahead and say it right now. I think Joseph Addai will be the leagues MVP this year.

Crimson 06-17-2007 01:30 PM

lol

Crimson 06-17-2007 01:31 PM

I think he'll have a very good season..but not an MVP like season.

OssMan 06-17-2007 03:05 PM

lol Laron Landry gettin shot in the nuts

mrslackalack 06-17-2007 11:03 PM

I think Addai might be the guy that breaks out into a superstar into his 2nd season like LJ Gore and Steven Jackson did in their 2nd seasons.

mrslackalack 06-17-2007 11:04 PM

Didnt one game last season Addai have 100 plus yards with 4 TDs and almost had a 5th?

Yah against the Eagles. He pretty much shredded them all night.

Heres why i think he'll be MVP. For one, he's not gunna share the rock this year. Dungy said he wasnt gunna go away from the two back system, but i dont believe that at all. Addai will get 80% of the work if not more. Two, if people play Peyton Manning like they did last year. Not only will Addai have 1400 yards rushing and 1200 yards recieving with about 80 receptions and 18 tds, but the Colts will win another Superbowl for sure.

I know every thinks i'm nuts, but i'd seriously like someone to tell me how do you stop the Colts? How do you play defense against an offense that can air it out better then any team in the league and if you play them for that, then they are fully content and probably the best in the league with dunking and dinking there way to the other end of the field.

If defense play Manning like they did last year, Addai will blow up this season in a big way. And if our defense is stopping the run, we're about as tuff as it gets to beating.

I can honestly see the Colts repeating this year. There demeanor reminds me so much like the Pats after they beat the Rams.

Pats vs Colts SUPERBOWL this year guys. Just like last year.

SammyG 06-18-2007 03:12 AM

Pats vs Colts SUPERBOWL?! Not possible. AFC Championship, for sure though. I can't fucking wait for Steven Jackson to dominate this year.

RP 06-18-2007 06:59 PM

Oh its true. Its damn true.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 06-18-2007 07:26 PM

SammyG I think you are missing the point

Kris P Lettus 06-18-2007 07:28 PM

Lavar Arrington broke several bones in a motorcycle accident this past weekend.. He prolly won't play a snap in '07..

Jesus Shuttlesworth 06-18-2007 07:29 PM

Another member of the Bengals got arrested I guess...lol hilarious

mrslackalack 06-18-2007 11:18 PM

lol yup a third string RB did.

mrslackalack 06-18-2007 11:20 PM

lol at Tommie Harris saying several times he wants McNabb to be the QB of the Bears.

OssMan 06-19-2007 12:37 AM

word to the Giants cutting LaVar Arrington, thats whats up.

mrslackalack 06-19-2007 12:43 AM

I thought Arrington would be a HOF one day coming out of college. He was decent, but a dissapointment in my opinion.

SammyG 06-19-2007 02:45 AM

That sucks about Lavar.

mrslackalack 06-19-2007 11:10 PM

Titans resigned Chris Brown to a 1 yr deal. Many feel he will be the starting RB for the Titans instead of Lendale White.

Shame he is injury prone, I believed he was getting better in the Giants system in '06.

Probably, LenDale White should be the starter but he keeps showing up late and overweight for practice...plus hes always injuried (and its always a hamstring, which is probably related to him being out of shape/over weight)

mrslackalack 06-20-2007 12:29 AM

Yeah Fisher seemed ticked about Lendale being overweight and late.
