The Denver Broncos: TPWW's Team

Emperor Smeat 01-21-2011 05:22 PM

Titans backup QB Chris Simms decides to be a dumbass and rejects a plea deal by prosecutors in his marijuana case in New York. Originally arrested for driving while under the influence of marijuana.

Had he accepted all he would be punished with is 5 days community service, $500 fine, and 90 days probation on his drivers license.

Now he has to fight off having the charges placed on his criminal record, 1 year in jail, and any fines/punishments from the NFL since they originally were not interested in punishing him.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-21-2011 05:31 PM

I thought it was decriminalized in New York? What's this shit about criminal records? That's against the law.

Driving under the influence of anything is illegal.

Bear down, Chicago Bears. Make every play clear the way to victory!!!!

ClockShot 01-23-2011 03:06 PM

Carson Palmer wants out of Cincy.

Loose Cannon 01-23-2011 03:11 PM

Packers already lighting up the Bears D

Razzamajazz 01-23-2011 03:11 PM

BOOOOOOOOOOO

glanville6 01-23-2011 03:13 PM

well fuck me

Nark Order 01-23-2011 03:27 PM

I don't care for any of these teams. I guess I'll pull for the Steelers because they've won the most Superbowls and I hate "Cinderella stories." Well, I hated it last year.

Razzamajazz 01-23-2011 03:50 PM

this game is ass

glanville6 01-23-2011 04:30 PM

should have just played for 3 points. God damnit

D Mac 01-23-2011 04:31 PM

Cool. I like the Pack.

glanville6 01-23-2011 04:48 PM

I want Aaron Rodgers dead

Supreme Olajuwon 01-23-2011 04:54 PM

Todd Collins bout to fuck up a nigga or two.

HERE WE GO

Supreme Olajuwon 01-23-2011 04:57 PM

What? How did the refs think that was an INT

and how did they not think he was down by contact

NFL officials are bad at things

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:01 PM

They should have a "we fucked up rule" if the play is deemed not to be even close. If that happens they should get their challenge back just in case they missed the challenge earlier in the game.

glanville6 01-23-2011 05:03 PM

I also now hate Jay Cutler

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:04 PM

He must be hurt pretty bad to not be able to play. Hate your o-line for not protecting him better.

DaveWadding 01-23-2011 05:09 PM

Jay Cutler is a huge pussy.

Supreme Olajuwon 01-23-2011 05:11 PM

Even though this game is super exciting, I'm changing the subject.

Carson Palmer is demanding a trade and will retire if he doesn't get it. Oh my.

Emperor Smeat 01-23-2011 05:11 PM

QB rating for both teams pretty horrible and even though Packers dominating in all the critical stats, Bears still have a chance in this game since its only 14-0.

Sounds similar to when Barry Sanders wanted to retire from the horrible Lions but biggest difference was Sanders was still good while Palmer has been part of the reason why Bengals struggled.

Supreme Olajuwon 01-23-2011 05:20 PM

No he hasn't. Terrible coaching and lazy/stupid receivers are the problem. Not Palmer.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:23 PM

Da bears! Where's Ditka and Jim McMahon when you really need em?

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:24 PM

Brian Urlacher does not want to lose this game

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:27 PM

What was Joe Buck saying? Why can't Collins come back in? Is he injured too?

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:28 PM

I'll check what he said on DVR...

Nark Order 01-23-2011 05:30 PM

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a game.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:31 PM

He said they can't come back into the game because the Hanie came in before the 4th quarter. I haven't ever heard of that rule though.

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:33 PM

Me either. What is that?

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:37 PM

Play of the game right now 3rd and 2.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:38 PM

Touchback

Supreme Olajuwon 01-23-2011 05:40 PM

If you use your emergency QB before the 4th quarter, you make your 1st and 2nd QB's inactive for the rest of the game.

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:46 PM

Never knew that

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:48 PM

You mean like actual 3rd string right? What if a team only has 2 QBs and throws a pass from the wildcat formation in the 4th quarter?

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:49 PM

Actually I think you have to have 3 QBs on your team no matter what

Supreme Olajuwon 01-23-2011 05:49 PM

Yeah actual QB.

RoXer 01-23-2011 05:51 PM

So what would happen if they put Cutler in? 15 yd penalty? Forfiet the game?

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:53 PM

Couldn't put him in the game and probably a 15 yard penalty for trying. Like when you try to call a timeout when you don't have one.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 05:54 PM

Well, it's over now.

Nark Order 01-23-2011 05:58 PM

Holy shit, Haney.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 06:03 PM

Wow I thought it was all but over. Let's see what this kid can do.

Corndad 01-23-2011 06:04 PM

lol if the Bears come back with a third string QB

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 06:07 PM

QB sneak?

OssMan 01-23-2011 06:07 PM

Shit!

Emperor Smeat 01-23-2011 06:11 PM

4th quarter has been amazing compared to the previous quarters in entertainment.

Shocked at how well Haine is playing and how bad Rodgers has been compared to Rodgers normally in games.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 06:13 PM

Must be something about being #12 and being a good quarterback lol. Uh oh 4th and pretty long.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 06:14 PM

Should have went short. Game over.

Crazy Nick 01-23-2011 06:23 PM

Packers are going to the Super Bowl, woo!

McLegend 01-23-2011 06:23 PM

That play before the final interception was really dumb.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 06:36 PM

Lets go Steelers! I don't like em but I hate the Jets more.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 06:38 PM

Hahhaah Steelers fans so loud they had to halt the National Anthem. Good luck out there Jets.

Evil Vito 01-23-2011 07:03 PM

<font color=goldenrod>Somewhere in Mississippi, Brett Favre was seen throwing his remote at the TV. It was intercepted.</font>

Corndad 01-23-2011 07:06 PM

If Pouncey doesn't come back in its gonna be a huge loss. He has been about the only stable one on that line this year.

Nah, Packers only had two until week 5 or something.

Emperor Smeat 01-23-2011 07:30 PM

I think it depends what you have on IR or practice squad since those count towards the number required and then how many you suit up for a game for that rule to be in effect during a game.

Kris P Lettus 01-23-2011 07:45 PM

Saints have three but only activate two for games..

Yeah, several years ago Denver had just two, Plummer and Beurlein. WR Rod Smith was the emergency QB. Think I can even recall Rod having to warm his arm up once.

Londoner 01-23-2011 08:04 PM

LOL

Bye bye Jets!

Droford 01-23-2011 08:04 PM

good night jets

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 08:06 PM

Mark Brunell is warming up....see ya wouldn't want to be ya jets.

Droford 01-23-2011 08:09 PM

the Jets expended all of their energy and emotion last week to beat the Pats...they were done before they ever stepped on the field in Pissburgh.

Emperor Smeat 01-23-2011 08:10 PM

Steelers just destroying the Jets. They should have done some trash talking since that helped motivate them against the Colts and Pats even though they had more personal motivation in those games.

Total yards so far for the Jets = 11 (10 from passing).

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 08:13 PM

I predict a pick-6 on the next passing play.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 08:14 PM

Sooo close...

McLegend 01-23-2011 08:23 PM

Rapelessberger is so good.

Corndad 01-23-2011 08:28 PM

Running Game and controling the clock is winning this game so far. Mendenhall's best game by a mile so far.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 08:41 PM

Wow Santonio Holmes decided to show up.

McLegend 01-23-2011 08:50 PM

Alright that was a bad play by Rapelesberger.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-23-2011 09:28 PM

2 points beats 7 points any day of the week if you're Pittsburgh.

CSL 01-23-2011 09:29 PM

The sky is blue.

Innovator 01-23-2011 09:29 PM

Wow. Jets waste a play and Sanchez dives into Mangold's knee.

parkmania 01-23-2011 09:43 PM

1 more first down and it's over. Steelers are trying to pull a Pirates and snap defeat from the jaws of victory.

Corndad 01-23-2011 09:47 PM

2nd straight week Brown with the biggest catch of the game.

Innovator 01-23-2011 09:48 PM

Steelers/Packers let the hype begin.

OssMan 01-23-2011 09:51 PM

ugh

Emperor Smeat 01-23-2011 09:51 PM

1st time Packers face Steerlers in Super Bowl history and not 100% sure but Packers might be the second 6th seed ever to make it or attempt to be the second 6th seed to ever win it (Pitt in 2005).

parkmania 01-23-2011 09:51 PM

Jerry Jones has to be LOVING this - has to play nice host to two REAL dynasty franchises.

Shit first half, horrible decisions on the goal line, no urgency. Bleugh. So disappointed and hurting right now. Congratulations Pittsburgh, better team on the day and good luck in Dallas. Ben is good.

Fuck's sake.

Droford 01-23-2011 10:02 PM

Im fairly certain that if the steelers win the SB, they'll be the first team to do it not facing a seed higher than a 5. Ravens 5, Jets 6, Packers 6.

The Steelers have also supplanted the Yankees as the team I hate the most, and since Im mostly indifferent towards the Packers, I hope the Packers whip their asses all over Texas in 2 weeks.

In order to properly hate the best, one must hate the most.
