The scoring on the Jackson vs. Griffin fight was shocking. Personally, I had Rampage winning by a round but 3 was close enough that you could score it either way. No fucking way did Griffin win the 2nd 10-8. It wasn't close to being finished and that is what a 10-8 is meant to be. If this was 10-8, Josh Koscheck wins all his fights 30-24. How the hell can a crowd boo Forrest Griffin though. Fucking disgrace. Still the first 3 rounds might have been the most exciting of a title fight in history.

Koscheck vs. Lytle - No excuses for the referee performace in this one. Embarrassing. Fight should have been stopped in round 2 on the cut and there was many a time where Lytle was out on his feet or at least very dazed.

Gleison Tibau is every reason why fighters should have to weigh in on the day of the fight too. He must have been 180lbs easy going into a 155lbs fight. Thank God he lost.

Oh yeah, Cote and Almeida fucking suck dick. Both should be killed. Awful fight. Let them both fight Anderson Silva at the same time and he would still kill them. Fucking wankers.

lol..I missed the ppv..but it's surprising to hear that it was a close fight and Griffin won. Usually if it is a close bout the champ retains.

Griffin is a Vegas boy and judges are stupid cunts. They need to start explaining their scoring. This has been a long time coming.

The decision wasn't the problem. The scoring was. It could have been 47-46 either way or even a draw. It was close. The scoring totally doesn't reflect that. Hometown fighter won. Surprised?

I understand your point about 10-8 being for a situation where the round is close to being finished, but you can make the argument that if one of the fighters makes no attempt at offense in the entire round, that would constitute a 10-8 round (i.e. complete domination) Jackson attempted one punch and went for Griffin's leg which was brushed aside, and then for the next 4 and a half minutes he did nothing but defend. Griffin went for an Americana, a Guillotine and was throwing elbows and punches consistently, he rocked him with the kicks and took him down.

That said, I scored 3 rounds 10-9 to Jackson, finishing 47-47. It was never 49-46, that was bullshit.

No way. Silva doesn't deserve a title shot. Rampage rematch or Liddell vs. Evans winner. As much as it pains me to say it, Lyoto Machida deserves a shot before Silva.
