Guaranteeing Oswalt for beyond this year and getting rid of Oliver Perez might be too much to pass up, even if it meant giving up Mejia.

Lilly might also be a good fit and shouldn't cost THAT much. Plus he's going to be Type A, so the Mets could still get draft picks if he walked.
