IC Champion 11-08-2010 03:56 PM

Cowboys need to start cutting players.

RP 11-08-2010 03:56 PM

Twitter is amazing. The Phillips firing popped up on my twitter from someone named cbsdollarbill, about 3 hours ago. I looked at ESPN and no one reported it. I was gunna post it here, but i wasnt sure. I guess cbsdollarbill is a CBS reporter???

Team Sheep 11-08-2010 07:18 PM

So Phillips is finally gone. About 2 years overdue really.

Because Bradford is playing like a good rookie while Suh is playing like an All Pro.

Come on Sammy, we all know where you're coming from. Bradford's your boy and you're a big time homer. It's fine. Bradford's gonna be a really good QB for a long time. Suh's already dominating.

Nervous Ferret 11-08-2010 07:51 PM

I bet Bradford could make an extra point though :n:

Nervous Ferret 11-08-2010 07:54 PM

Actually I dunno. Probably really easy to have it blocked in a real NFL game.

I can kick an extra point pretty easily. Dunno if I could do it in an NFL game. I JUST DON'T KNOW

DrA 11-08-2010 07:55 PM

Didn't realize the Cowboys played at the North Pole.

OssMan 11-08-2010 07:56 PM

Jerry Jones proves once again that he is a lying piece of shit

Splaya 11-08-2010 08:42 PM

It took Cincy 8 seconds to turn the ball over....8 seconds to start the game

MURDER, I say..

Kris P Lettus 11-08-2010 11:48 PM

The Bengals actually made it a game..

Supreme Olajuwon 11-09-2010 07:45 AM

Was hoping they would pull it off so they would run the clip of Peko blowing up Polomalu over and over again on ESPN more than anything.

Ermaximus 11-09-2010 09:06 AM

Mike Wallace > Hines Ward IMO. Should be a damned good week for football though. Really looking forward to that Baltimore at Atlanta game in 2 days.

Kris P Lettus 11-09-2010 09:30 AM

That Peko fb play was awesome..

Mike Wallace became beast at Ole Miss..

Johnny Vegas 11-09-2010 10:31 AM

I love that the Cowboys suck. Gets me an erection sometimes. BUT they shouldn't have fired Wade NOW. However, better to get someone you've had for 3 years behind the scenes.

Either way, Cowgays are 1-6/7 or whatever and my smile is great and big

Kris P Lettus 11-09-2010 11:02 AM

Packers cut cb Al Harris..

Haha that was awesome.

Wasn't Garrett an interim head coach for Dallas previously?

First time I have ever learned this guy's name because his stupid ass hair is always in the way. Seriously every Bengals game I have watched I made it my goal just to read the back of his jersey. I have never been able to.

NFL Networks week 9 Power Rankings

1.) Ravens -- Ed Reed has three picks in*two games back; team had three takeaways first*five games total. Joe Flacco top rated QB in NFL since Week 2.
2.) Saints* -- Defense still getting far too overlooked.
3.) Steelers -- I expect Big Ben to get better from here on out.
4.) Giants -- That just wasn't even fair Sunday. Men against boys.
5.) Packers -- Hitting their stride.
6.) Titans -- Picking up Randy Moss on waivers not too shabby on a bye week.
7.) Patriots -- The defense could still be their downfall.
8.) Jets -- Since Oct 1, Mark Sanchez has a 67.5 rating, with four TDs and five picks; L.T. averaging 3.7 yards per carry last*four games.
9.) Eagles -- Second-half schedule shapes up well for them.
10.) Colts -- Another game, another offensive skill position starter lost.
11.) Falcons -- As good a home team as there is. Ravens provide stern test in short week.
12.) Chargers -- They're baacckk. Another gutsy showing without a ton of skill players. Bye comes at perfect time and Vincent Jackson just a few weeks away.
13.) Raiders -- Biggest win in a long, long time. Amazing comeback. Right in thick of AFC West race and have wins over K.C. and San Diego already.
14.) Vikings -- Much like the Chargers, might be getting off the mat at last possible minute. Don't see them reaching playoffs, but could salvage something.
15.) Chiefs -- They won some crazy games and were due to lose one ... If they fail to reach the playoffs, though, circle that loss.
16.) Dolphins -- Very tough stretch against three straight AFC North opponents now behind them.
17.) Bucs -- That may have been a must-win game in Atlanta in terms of real playoff hopes. Regardless, this team so vastly improved from a year ago.
18.) Texans -- Same 'ol, same 'ol.
19.) Lions -- Have to find a way to incubate Matthew Stafford from the kind of crushing blows he so routinely absorbs.
20.) Rams -- Win their division games and Sam Bradford will be playing in the postseason.
21.) Jaguars -- Gained ground in the division with a bye. But better start playing with some semblance of a defense.
22.) Browns -- Play their best against the best teams. Capable of being overpowering in run game on any given day.
23.) Redskins -- Few places do a QB controversy like Washington, real or contrived.
24.) Bears -- Not a pristine showing coming off the bye.
25.) 49ers -- In any other division you'd say, have a nice draft. But if they can beat the Rams ...
26.) Bengals -- Beating up on Browns, Ravens and Steelers a year ago not helping now... Those division foes remember and smell blood now.
27.) Seahawks -- Absolutely pummeled by physical teams the last two weeks and the injuries have been crippling.
28.) Cowboys -- Believe it or not, this may not even be the nadir.
29.) Cardinals -- If they beat the Seahawks this week they'll be right back in it.
30.) Broncos -- Falling well off the pace while the rest of their division steps up.
31.) Bills -- Find ways to lose every week. So close but yet so far.
32.) Panthers -- Horribly non-competitive football team right now.

Gonzo 11-09-2010 04:53 PM

Excited about the Giants' chances this season. Definitely going to be a tough road through the last half of the season. Two games against the Eagles, Redskins, and one against the Packers yet to go.

I want to see them keep rolling against a few good teams. The Colts tore their ass up in the beginning of the season, but hopefully that can be attributed to the problems the Giants' were having early on that seem to have gone away recently.

DrA 11-09-2010 05:30 PM

Jerry Jones Junior didn't pay the domain name bill so now http://dallascowboys.com/ is a little league soccer team website.

Kris P Lettus 11-09-2010 06:18 PM

Nah, it's a gayporn site..

DrA 11-09-2010 06:26 PM

Say that to me at a downtown sports bar and see what happens.

1.) Ravens -- Ed Reed has three picks in*two games back; team had three takeaways first*five games total. Joe Flacco top rated QB in NFL since Week 2.

FLACCO FOR MVP!

Flacco > Both Mannings > Rivers > Ryan > ALL OTHER QBS

Bet they go 6-2 down the stretch with him. Wish he could win Comeback Player of the Year again :shifty:

Emperor Smeat 11-10-2010 08:23 PM

Might as well rename the award "Chad Pennington Player of the Year" award with the amount of times he's been hurt and came back to play decent.

Yeah, who wants the most accurate QB in NFL history playing for them.

Boomer 11-11-2010 01:30 PM

So so excited about the game tonight.

Boomer 11-11-2010 09:49 PM

Falcons throwing it almost 30 times in the first half. Can I say how happy that makes me? Changing it up for once.

Kris P Lettus 11-11-2010 10:28 PM

Come on Ravens..

IC Champion 11-11-2010 11:39 PM

Roddy White redeems himself with the non call pass interference.

Boomer 11-11-2010 11:45 PM

He fell down. There was contact, but Roddy didn't straight push him.

Awesome game, either way. Would have been happy with how the Falcons played regardless.

Kris P Lettus 11-11-2010 11:48 PM

Fuck

Team Sheep 11-11-2010 11:50 PM
