I think I like Bo Dallas' new gimmick.

#1-norm-fan 10-20-2013 12:14 AM

What is it???

I've been waiting to like Bo Dallas for all the wrong reasons for a while now.

Lock Jaw 10-20-2013 12:19 AM

He is playing an over-the-top obnoxious cheesy ego-driven character who thinks everybody loves him (he thinks he is a face) but is oblivious to the fact that people hate him.

#1-norm-fan 10-20-2013 12:52 AM

So they're kinda rolling with him getting the Cena reaction and actually booking him as the "face" who everyone hates. I love it. Need to make it a point to watch NXT more.

A couple things...

One, Luke Harper is amazing. Love it.

Two, Brie Bella isn't the worst wrestler ever. Just saying.

Juan 10-20-2013 03:42 AM

Weird how the internet just decided they hate Bo Dallas.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-20-2013 04:14 AM

Not really that weird he seemed to pushed to the moon the second NXT started and he sucks.

Now if only she wasn't horrifyingly skinny.

They did an episode of "Total Divas" all about Nikki Bella being "fat", they really should do one about Brie being frighteningly skinny.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-20-2013 02:34 PM

They should do one with all of them being released.

#1-norm-fan 10-21-2013 07:09 PM

Yeah, WWE has has had entire sides of arenas taped off quite a few times over the past few years. Of all the "lolTNA" things, that's a pretty weak one.

Kris P Lettus 10-21-2013 07:17 PM

Also, the titantron eats up about 1/3 of the arena seating so wwe "selling out" a venue isn't the venue at capacity

4000 people is a massive success in NON WWE terms. JCP and WCW are the only others to really draw bigger crowds than that, maybe Memphis at its hottst.

ROH cant Draw 4000. ECW couldnt. No other fed can.

TNA draws 4000 for their event. Thats about right for the 2nd biggest (Also weakest 2nd tier ever) company in an era dominated by the WWE.

What do you think it should draw smart guy? TNA is a small company in a monopoly that cant even be compared as it is in a vacuum the WWE created by putting everyone else out of business.

Yeah, and they've spent how much just to get that 4,000? Hell, that's down from Lockdown 2013 that got 6,000.

ECW's record crowd was 6,000 also for Anarchy Rulz 1999, but the difference was that it was a sell-out for ECW while TNA have insisted on doing these huge arenas since Hogan got there. They were in a much better position financially when they had the 6-sided ring and doing the impact zone along with little arenas nationwide for PPV. Now they've got Hogan, tried going to Monday nights and tried doing arena tours and they're in the exact same position as they were 3 years ago.

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y26...tingsgif-2.gif

Bad News Gertner 10-22-2013 04:42 AM

They aren't even in the same position. They are even worse off financially. Those arena tour cos them a fortune and they were barely drawing anything.

#BROKEN Hasney 10-22-2013 04:52 AM

Yeah exactly. All that cash spent and they're in the same position in terms of popularity.

It's subjective, but the product has gone downhill as well. I remember watching this video on iMPACT back in 2006 and being pumped to see that Bound for Glory.

Chris Jericho is not very happy with 'Terra Ryzing' following this week's RAW

SPOILER: show
Quote:

As seen on last night's RAW, Triple H cut a promo at Daniel Bryan and grouped him with Edge, Rob Van Dam and Chris Jericho as talented stars who made it but were never "the guy" for WWE. Triple H said if any of them had been the face of WWE years ago, they would all be working for Ted Turner's WCW.

Jericho replied on Twitter:

"Thing is @tripleh despite ur major push,u never were either. Good luck in ur future endeavours"

Jericho also posted this tweet which appears to have been deleted now:

"Time to move on guys. Bye bye @wwe! Now time for more important things...any doubt that #DayInTheLife is the best @thebeatles song ever??"

Emperor Smeat 10-22-2013 03:19 PM

WWE.com recently posted a poll and article wanting to know what people think of AJ.

Quote:

Should you cheer or boo AJ Lee?

http://www.wwe.com/f/wysiwyg/image/2...C-homepage.jpg

To cheer or not to cheer? That is the question when it comes to AJ Lee, the most polarizing Divas Champion in years.

Few Divas in the history of sports-entertainment have driven the WWE Universe into such a divided reaction. Half of WWE fans love her for her unorthodox style and her unique personality traits (incorrigible, “adorkable” and on occasion outright unyielding), while the other half hates that she’s channeled her talents by physically or verbally eviscerating nearly every fan favorite on the roster over the last two years. CM Punk? Put through a table. John Cena? Jettisoned off a ladder. Natalya, Brie Bella & Naomi? Defamed in the biggest pipe bomb explosion since Punk sat Indian style and started spitting venom at the WWE front office.

Given all of this, it’s strange to even remember a world where AJ wasn’t center stage in the Divas division, but here we are. And now that we are here, WWE Universe, it’s time to pick a side. Here you’ll find a pair of compelling arguments as to how or why you should react to AJ Lee. But we can only recommend, we cannot make the choice for you. You must choose. But choose wisely.
