Okay, so these were all misdemeanors in the state of Mississippi, right? Meaning that he hasn't officially violated the WWE Wellness Policy. These indictments are based on an officer's testimony and the facts presented at the time the citations were given and the arrest was made. Sure, that sucks for him, and he sounds like he made some shit decisions.

Remember when R-Truth got busted violating the WP, and he stayed on to finish a buildup to Survivor Series? The WWE is a business, and they've invested a lot into Swagger's push.
