That was separate. This was Rusev beating the patriot of the week, which consisted of 3 people (technically 4, but Show didn't do much except provide catalyst for a Mark Henry heel turn) to pad his undefeated streak.

This whole feud would be a lot better had Taker just taken Mania off this year and slowly grew more pissed over time that Lesnar stole the defining image of his career. Basically the HBK route of becoming crazy about wanting revenge for the loss.

Exactly. And WM events in the past have been known (not even counting dark matches/pre-show matches) to have like 12 matches on one card, plus HoF stuff, plus ads, plus "next year, WM __ goes to __________", plus interviews and clips recapping the build to certain big matches.
