WOKEN Matt was fantastic. I legit laughed out loud during the Wyatt/Hardy segment. The highlight of RAW.

Watched/fast forwarded through the show....
Jason Jordan/Roman Reigns and Paige/Sasha Banks were both very enjoyable..... The Bar/Rollins Ambrose was probably also enjoyable but I fast forwarded through it all because I got tired. Woken Matt Hardy stuff seemed really dumb and stupid and did not come off well at all...... but people seemed to love it, so I guess maybe it did? I don't even know anymore..... |
Matt Hardy was freaking hilarious. I don't know if he goes cross eyed for the gimmick or what it is but he legitimately looks bonkers when he does this shtick.

Well that was some weird whacky shit. But it was different. And it wasn't some hokey, overly scripted nonsense. I'm in. I'll be keeping up on YouTube to see where this woken Matt Hardy nonsense goes to. Why the fuck not, right?

The gimmick worked amazingly in TNA as well....except for the Final Deletion match between he and Jeff at "The Hardy Compound". That was horrible...but it broke Jeff.
Hopefully they break Jeff as well. |

Also, we've actually got something good coming from how horrible they've handled Bray since his debut. If he wasn't a joke already, this would be a terrible idea. Since he is, this works out perfectly.

• Roman Reigns is beginning to confuse me.
Why should I like him? Why should I be cheering him and wanting him to win matches? The guy comes across as an arrogant dick. How is that suppose to make me like him? If anything, it's making me dislike him more. The opening segment, the match and what happened after it actually made me like Jason Jordan more. • Booker T's commentary is still really bad. He spent around ten minutes talking shit about Jordan then he quickly changed and praised the guy and spoke about how good he is for five minutes, then he went back to basically talking about how much he sucks. • What went on with Enzo & Co. backstage? The Raw I watched suddenly cut out as Enzo said "Do you two realise that last week, you let little Richie Swanny beat you in the Fatal Four Way? Listen, you two and you two" then it just cut to black and I was then watching Cedric Alexander in the ring. • I skipped the Cruiserweight match because I don't really care about the division but I was surprised to see that Gulak won. I like Gulak so I watched his promo and I'm a little bit more interested in the division now. I'll probably watch the division next week if Gulak is involved. • We need more Alicia Fox. She's great. The promo was great and she does crazy really well. It's just a shame that Raw's Women's Division is pretty much "The Paige Show" now. • I don't think I'll ever understand the jizzfest that happens for Matt Hardy. What's so great about it? Because Hardy does a piss-poor English accent whilst accentuating certain words and pronouncing others incorrectly? It's that suppose to be funny/great? I don't get it. I just really hope Vince does what he's good at and takes full control of this and nosedives it into the ground and beyond. |

I blame Paige. I seriously do. With her back, it's like Vince & Co. couldn't have Nia be her usual self because if she was, she would quite obviously destroy Paige and the other two. So they thought to distance Nia from the Women's Division and have her run around the Cruiserweight Division playing the girlfriend role. Just like they did with another talented member of the Women's Division. SPOILER: show |

This week's episode managed to be around 54k higher than last week for viewers but suffered one of the largest hour drops in the 3 Hour Era. Past couple of weeks have started to erode the yearly gains WWE was making during the NFL season.
