Looks like a kevlar vest, like he's expecting someone to shoot him in the ring.
|
What owenbrown stuff are you taking about? Sounds like he wants o-bone banned. Not cool.
|
The Dynamic Dudes had skateboards though and could easily escape danger.

Gads!
I've been besmirched! |

Literally, as opposed to just metaphorically.

That vest is a determent to the character he is supposed to be portraying even moreso since his brothers in the shield pretty much go in to fights looking like they don't give a fuck all shirtless and street clothes. It makes Reigns look like a giant pussy who is afraid to get hit and it lessens the impact most moves would seem to have on him. |

It makes me think of him as the fat kid at the pool

Maybe he has weird nipples, like dronepool.

It's almost like they were too scared to change the Shield aesthetic of Roman Reigns in case the new presentation didn't work, and then when the old presentation didn't work forgot they could change it up.

Cornette says it a billion times.
R&R Express are the definition of Blowjob Babyfaces |
Reasonably certain the term was coined around them

Also, I really hope this dealer is an internet mark and just saying this because he's bored of Roman on TV.

On the whole vest thing:
Not only is it weak and cowardly, but it's a heel thing. D'lo Brown (not owenbrown ;)) wore a protective vest for months in '98 and possibly '99. And JR always put it over as an unfair advantage or weapon, much like Bob Orton's cast. Hell, I remember Val Venis put it on to hit a Money Shot on D'lo and I think he was disqualified for it. Big Boss Man during his Attitude Era run, along with Bull Buchanan had them too. They looked like Shield V1. The only potential positive for it is that it is distinctive enough to make a kids costume out of to go next to Undertaker and John Cena at Toys R Us. |
