Bryan will stop Shane from going "too far" at mania, and it will cost them the match, reinstating owens and zayn, as well as officially begin a Shane vs Bryan fued, which they planted the seeds for with all their disagreements as management.
Found both Raw and SD really boring this week. Nothing happened on either show that made me go wow I need to watch WM.

Putting Owens & Zayn over at WrestleMania would be such a LolWWE move.

In fact, the booking for that is already such a LolWWE move. No one really wants Owens & Zayn to be fired, because they try and play witty and endearing heels. So they're just twisting the emotions of the fans in such weird ways. Why not just have Bryan reinstate Owens & Zayn, announce the match and that they're going to kick their asses so that no one has any mixed feelings about it? OR, reverse the onus. Vince McMahon announces that he's not a fan of Kevin Owens after the headbutt, but if Bryan is going to ever wrestle for the WWE again, he needs to prove that he can still compete at that advanced level -- so if Bryan doesn't win at Mania, his WWE career will be over. Now fans have no reason to cheer for anybody but Daniel Bryan.

Also, firing angles are the worst. Great way to make talent look worthless. Then you have guys sell for them and look equally as worthless. If you're that good, you're worth too much to be cut.
Fuck, why are they even trying to make me grouchy about the Daniel Bryan comeback? |
The firing angles are terrible because the fired superstar comes back a week or two later like nothing happened.
The fairly obvious outcome is Owens and Zayn losing and then showing up on Raw the next night. Even without this angle they struck me as likely shake up candidates because Shane and Bryan want them out of their hair.
In reality it's because Roman will need heels to work with and nobody wants to see Roman/Corbin or Roman/Jinder. |
There will be a superstar shakeup two weeks after WM so who cares if they are fired. They said fired from Smackdown Live not WWE.
Nigel comparing Mark Andrews to X-PAC makes perfect sense. They are both super talented, but there's something unlikable about them that I can't put my finger on.
I concur. Andrews is very obviously talented, but fuck that guy.
Agree, on Impact he rode a skateboard and reminded me of Bart Simpson. They also insisted on calling him Mandrews which was pretty stupid.
"HIGH FIVES AND STAGE DIVES!"
...oh wait, I see why I hate him now. |
Turn him heel and have him be a little punk skateboarding kid who's fighting all the wrong battles. Keep that shitty theme song and his scrawny frame, and we might have something there.
Have him date Switchblade Bayley.
Pretty sure everyone hated X Pac because he had the same gimmick for 20 years.
And because X Factor
X pacs heel turn at the end of 99 killed him. He was over as a face and they turned him heel to play 2nd fiddle to hhh and he just came across as a stale midcaed jabroni
Then there was X factor which was the fecal garnish on the shit sandwich

He's likable enough if you're 12 or so. I just don't rock with enough 12 year olds to like them.
I wonder if Slim likes him.

Better than seeing a jacked-up Samoan in protective gear having to sell for/put on a 20 minute eyesore with a jacked-up Indo-Canadian charisma vacuum that AJ Styles struggled to get more than a passable match out of.
I would rather yank all of the hairs out of my scrotum than watch that match.
