King Bookah is still great. Also the best KotR winner with the king gimmick since either Kurt Angle or Owen Hart.

I maintain that William Regal fired the opening salvos of what would have been one of the most memorable King of the Ring runs ever. Him sitting on the throne after winning it scowling at the audience is one of my favorite memories in all of wrestling.
