FOX is runnin a marathon on Wed.

As much as I love "Family Guy", to a certain extent I can see where Remy is coming from. I didn't enjoy the show much when it was on Fox. At the time, a show that included both a talking dog and a megalomaniac baby seemed to be trying too hard.
It wasn't until it aired on Adult Swim that I appreciate its insanity. I dunno: maybe having it on late with the similar Williams Street humor made me see how absolutely clever some of the stuff was. (Really, would any other show be smart enough to mention Abraham and Isaac from the Bible, and then have Peter fantasize Abraham Lincoln shooting Isaac from the "Love Boat"?) That said, I think I'll miss the show when it airs on Fox and I'll wait until it gets on Cartoon Network. That's what works for me, anyway. |

Thank god! Really, I was wondering when a network would opt to buy the property from Fox and make new episodes. This show is hot, and I can easily see it being around as long as the Simpsons have been. And I wouldn't be suprised if they did give it the Simpsns time slot. The Simpsons just aren't what they ised to be :| |

New episodes aren't airing until the Summer. I haven't read anything on it being given a timeslot yet.

They are hyping it as a new episdoe but actually its just the "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" episode. It's the first time it's been aired on Fox, so technically it's new as far as they're concerned.
They will also be airing "A Special Family Guy Freakin Xmas" |

yea, after I typed on here I went and looked on my cable thing. I saw that there was family guy on tomorrow and my hopes were high.......then suddenly they crashed when I found out they were two old episodes. God I cant wait untill the new episodes happen.

The Family Guy Christmas special is the worst fucking episode ever. I hate it.

I wouldn't say I hate the Christmas special but it isn't one of my favorites.
