MoRcHeEbA 05-15-2005 02:10 AM

Micheal Kay: Look at that! He's got facial hair. You can't be the Yankees batboy and have facial hair!

The Miz 05-15-2005 11:22 AM

LMAO @ stat on Sportscenter

Jason Giambi: .200
Atlanta Braves pitchers: .238

Nervous Ferret 05-15-2005 07:36 PM

Loose Cannon 05-15-2005 07:37 PM

:D

On fucking fire

MVP 05-15-2005 08:08 PM

WTF's up with Tino Martinez, did he get in Giambi's stash or something?

Dragon 05-15-2005 09:50 PM

Two Yankees leading the American league in home runs.

The 8 game win streak has been pretty great and everything, but we have been facing two pretty bad teams in the Mariners and A's. I hope the Yankees keep this up when they face the Red Sox and Mets in the next few weeks.

The Miz 05-15-2005 10:09 PM

lol the A's are terrible. Eric Byrnes is supposedly about to be traded for Mike Sweeney, and I would be surprised if most of their starting lineup is still in Oakland by July.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 05-15-2005 10:27 PM

Speaking of Byrnes - just saw a highlight of when Byrnes got blocked from home plate by Veritek. Veritek missed the ball tho, so Byrnes just had to get up and tag the plate but instead he pushed Tek in the back and walked away hahah hilarious

Loose Cannon 05-15-2005 10:29 PM

LOL, where? That's my most ROFL play ever. Everytime there's a Byrnes post, I usually post something about it.

SammyG 05-15-2005 11:24 PM

God damn dodgers better start steppin it up. im goin to a dodgers game june 1st against the cubs :D

BCWWF 05-16-2005 05:32 PM

Guys on ATH kept saying about how the Yanks wins came over bad teams, but I don't buy that. A team with that much talent just needed to get a groove and now they are good again. I just hope Baltimore can keep it up.

Loose Cannon 05-17-2005 10:51 AM

That would be 9

Loose Cannon 05-18-2005 09:53 AM

And Double Digits

10

Hey BCWWF, if your fucking Twins would of won last night, we would be in 3rd right now

Gertner 05-18-2005 10:58 AM

Hey JOHAN YOU GOT KNOCKED THE FUCK OUT!!!!

Towers > Santana

SammyG 05-18-2005 12:16 PM

Eh,yeah, everyone that was sayin it was time to panic in newyork was stupid, everyone knew the yanks would come back strong

wwe2222 05-18-2005 12:29 PM

I know everyoen says the yankes have beaten crappy teams...but this is a team that lost 3/4 to the devil rays of all teams, so this win streak is very relevant to them succeeding the rest of the year.

good to see giambi fnally do something

The Icon of Elisim 05-18-2005 03:50 PM

Jays > Sanatana

BCWWF 05-18-2005 04:03 PM

That was Johans worst performance ever, BAH. Have fun starting the All Star game Garland

BCWWF 05-18-2005 04:05 PM

The Twins will have AT LEAST two all-stars though, Santana and Nathan are shoe-ins, and I would hope at least one of: Justin Morneau, Joe Mauer, Jacque Jones can somehow slip in. But 2 is better then one, we had somebody screwed over last year, forget who though.

Gertner 05-18-2005 06:04 PM

Morneau should get in. the guy is amazing

The Icon of Elisim 05-18-2005 07:10 PM

Cause he is Canadian.

I hope that the Jays get some love. I'm not expecting alot of Jays to make it but alot of the players should get a decent look. Halladay is a lock, but Chacin and Towers have put together good seasons. Hudson, Hinske and Hillenbrand have been pretty good and Zaun has like 20 RBI before he went down.

BCWWF 05-19-2005 04:13 AM

Its late and I can't remember things, but I wouldn't be surprised to see at least two more Jays join Halladay.

BTW, what position is Shea playing up there? Koskie at third, Hinske at first right? But yeah him and one of your other SP's could have a shot I'd say

The Icon of Elisim 05-19-2005 04:43 AM

DH and back up for 3rd and 1st.

Adder 05-19-2005 10:49 AM

Orlando Hudson needs an All Star showing.

Loose Cannon 05-20-2005 01:18 AM

Hey BCWWF, Mays pitched a shutout, allowing the Yankees to be tied wtih Toronto.

Let's discuss this

Ruien 05-20-2005 05:34 PM

White Sox destroyed the Cubbies!!!!!!

Gertner 05-20-2005 10:19 PM

If Towers keeps this up he should be in. Along with Hudson and Halladay

Jesus Shuttlesworth 05-21-2005 11:12 PM

Damn, did anyone see the relief pitcher from the Mets today? Sets up to bat againest Randy Johnson, this guy was a left handed batter ontop of being a pitcher, and he rips a double off him. Then when Reyes drops a bunt the dude scores (well it looked like Posada tagged him but he was called safe) from 2nd base. Unbelievable.

The Miz 05-21-2005 11:12 PM

Crazy asians

Jesus Shuttlesworth 05-21-2005 11:17 PM

The bunt by Reyes was pretty sick too. He pulled away as he hit it and the ball just died on the grass. TEXTBOOK SACRIFICE

OssMan 05-22-2005 01:59 PM

who's Cliff Floyd, and is he on roids -

SammyG 05-22-2005 02:30 PM

I dont even know if i wanna go to l.a anymore and watch the dodgers game against the cubs.. its in 10 days

Loose Cannon 05-29-2005 08:49 PM

The O's are starting to crumble.

YOUR Hero 05-29-2005 11:38 PM

I hope the Jays continue to be competitive. I don't expect them to win, I'm not dillusional, but just stay competitive FFS.

BCWWF 05-30-2005 02:55 AM

Everything the White Sox had going for them is ruined then Frank Thomas is brought back.

Also, Santana > Towers

Boondock Saint 05-30-2005 08:45 PM

WTFFFFF ARROYO

Jesus Shuttlesworth 05-30-2005 09:40 PM

Damn Sox getting it handed to them 8-0 right now. Youklis made a nice play at 2nd base to the end the inning though. First time he has ever played 2nd in the majors. Pretty sure it was the first groundball hit to him too, back handed went to a knee and tossed it under hand to Renteria. ATLEAST THEY GOT THAT GOIN FOR THEM..which is nice
