Spurs.

Spurs.

Spurs.

HeartBreakMan2k 04-18-2004 12:36 AM

I'm a huge Knicks (Steph) fan and Heat (Rafer "Skip to my Lou" Alston) fan but sadly, I don't see them getting out of the second round, I'll be happy with getting out of the first. :'(

KingofOldSchool 04-18-2004 12:52 AM

I didnt even know the Heat were even in playoff contention until I saw the brackets and saw that they actually made the damn playoffs.

HeartBreakMan2k 04-18-2004 12:59 AM

Okay, I should probably make a correction to my post. I'm a huge Stephon Marbury fan and will pull for whomever he plays for. I've always been a Heat fan, but having Skip just made me like them that much more cause he's my favorite player (based soley off of And 1, he's slowly adjusting to the league.

The Miami vs. Milwaukee game would have been huge had Milwaukee not messed themselves

Well I mean with the East having what, 3 teams with winning records?

That might be why ;)

KingofOldSchool 04-18-2004 12:59 PM

Still I knew about all of the other teams like the Bucks, Knicks, and Celtics. I guess the Heat just slipped by me. :-\

The Outlaw 04-18-2004 01:01 PM

Ahhh well

I like the Pacers and Heat

Hard to like a New York team :meh:

Bucks are meh, Celtics are too

Ninti the Mad 04-18-2004 02:13 PM

Shaq is dominant11!!!1

<img src="http://cache.nba.com/media/lakers/soneal_355_040417.jpg">

Yao owns his ass.

The Rockets should've won and I believe this series has the biggest chance for an upset.

KingofOldSchool 04-18-2004 02:44 PM

LOL

This guy I work with thinks there is a conspiracy against the Lakers, because Kobe Bryant has been accused of rape.

The other day he said that the refs defeated the Lakers last Sunday and not the Kings. :naughty:

The Icon of Elisim 04-19-2004 01:04 AM

Crimson 04-19-2004 01:28 AM

What is up with these blowout game 1's?

Dwayne Wade still thinks he's carrying Marquette into the final four.

AlphaBean 04-19-2004 01:39 AM

Artest = Defensive MVP :cool:

Have it Big Ben.

AlphaBean 04-19-2004 06:01 PM

Look for Artest to be the X-Factor in game 2.

:shifty:

BCWWF 04-19-2004 11:39 PM

I hope Artest doesn't get suspended, that Boston coach just sounds like a huge douche bag, did anyone else see his comments on ESPN.com? Just face it you piece of shit, your team is like .450 and you have no chance of winning the series, quit being a bitch and try getting someone good in the draft, maybe that can save your shitty team. Why don't you get Kevin McHale too, a good fuc</>kin' GM.

The Outlaw 04-20-2004 11:10 AM

Oh my god

Artest's suspension is the biggest bunch of bullshit since...them taking away Sura's triple double :p

Yeah pretty bonehead call IMO

AlphaBean 04-20-2004 03:59 PM

Someone recently got fined money for a bigger thing than "getting off the bench." Poor Artest will be suffering for his attitude for the rest of his career.

BCWWF 04-20-2004 07:13 PM

What are the details of his suspension? I hope just one game.

I didn't see the play, but from what I hear he basically stood up, took a few steps, and went back. Big deal. I understand if that is against the rules, but I think the NBA would have let that slip, since it really wasn't anything. The thing that pissed me off was how Boston's coach took a trip down Broadway and acted like he was appauled that Artest did that. If he didn't do that, Artest probably wouldn't have gotton fined. Maybe if it was Phil Jackson doing it to Mike Bibby in the Western Finals, but Boston in the first round? They don't have a chance of winning. Just accept it and don't hurt the only team in the East that has a chance to win the NBA title. It's hurting themselves to hamper the Pacers.

BCWWF 04-20-2004 07:17 PM

Random thing:

As of the late season and early playoffs, I began to take liking to both the Heat and the Bucks. I like some of the players that the Heat has, and think they are one of the cooler teams in the East now.

My question: I know in the past the Heat have always had really poor attendance, I was just wondering if that was the same during the regular season this year? I am not talking playoffs, does anyone know how well the Heat ranked in attendance?

Kris P Lettus 04-21-2004 12:51 AM

C-Webb already has a Double Double..

Almost a Triple Double..

10 points
10 assist
9 reb

2 mins left in second quarter...

GODLY

Shawn 04-21-2004 03:30 AM

Oh yah can you feel it Stima...Boston shoulda had this one..Then that depth on the bench kicked in just like i said on the very first post in this topic. Take that Celtic Pride!

Now we get Artest back ;D Hurts dont it..That was a bunch of fooking bs that they suspended Artest.. Richard Jefferson did the exact same thing in the Knicks Jersey game and they didnt even raise a eyebrow. Complete Bull shit. You dont suspend star players for petty shit like that. Fine him? Sure..Suspend him? WHAT THE FOOK. Complete and utter bull shit. The NBA should be ashamed of thereselves. God forbid that KG comes off the bench when Cassel get put on his back. Then they'll have to suspend the MVP and if they dont. Indiana will be on a WarPath. People here in Indy on the talk radio shoes are FURIOUS. You'd think some Hippie pissed on there cornfield.

AlphaBean 04-21-2004 04:01 AM

Na, KG wouldn't do that. He'd just come out and swat every one of your shots, steal all your passes and dunk on you a few times if you were to do that.

Ninti the Mad 04-21-2004 09:15 AM

Minnesota is going down.

BCWWF 04-21-2004 08:10 PM

Does anybody love when KG jumps about three feet in the air and just catches people's shots?

FacelessBum 04-22-2004 01:17 AM

lol

Bucks 92
Pistons F 88

KingofOldSchool 04-22-2004 01:19 AM

See, he should start playing aggressive defense -- the kind that gives up a lot of points, but gives him like 15 swats per game. :yesyes:

Jesus Shuttlesworth 04-22-2004 02:44 AM

Yea Celtics suck this year...I dont care

Last year all the Pacers fans where no where to be seen on here..when the Celtics were actually DECENT and they beat them

Danny Ainge is ****ing up the team big time

Shawn 04-22-2004 06:22 AM

See how in the 3rd, Sam and KG kept shooting up bricks, but every time Spree got it, he scored?

 Always go with the hot hand, damn it!

The Outlaw 04-22-2004 02:11 PM

Spree is the man

Ive been a fan since his college days, even though he has a tendency to lose his temper :$

AlphaBean 04-22-2004 02:13 PM

He's old now, he's smooth as silk... and twice as inconsistent!

anyway, KG with a triple double... 22 boards, suckas. Averaging 21 for the playoffs so far isn't he? Something like that. Aw yeah.
