I just don't think most teens would be acting that horny to older men. I started using the web when I was 12, and went into chats all the time, and when I was that age, anytime older men IMed me, and it happened quite a lot after I posted my a/s/l....I was always a little rude to them, or straight out told them they were too old, and to get lost. And I'd put them on block if they kept bothering me. So why not act like an uninterested in teen and see what happens instead of acting like a slutty little teen?

Also, if I was 13, and an older girl....like say a hot 19-year old college girl showed interest in me, I would have LOVED it.........LOOOOOVED it. And I highly doubt me doing sexual stuff with her would have damaged me. If it were someone older....I could see how it would be mentally damaging. But 19 is still a kid/teen in my view.

I believe here in the USA, 19 is old enough for oneself to be called a man or woman under the law, especially since 18 is the legal age of majority here.

The kid didn't go to prison. He got a little jail time, probation, and was forced to be permanently registered as a sex offender. He deserved it. The punishment was not too severe.

And also, depending on the crime, it fits. And being registered temporarily isn't really a huge deal. Permanently, yeah.. probably. But the kid deserved it. It sucks ass, but I have a friend who had to register because he was at a party when he was 18, and a 16 year old girl and her friends wanted him to come jump on the trampoline naked with them. The neighbors found out, told her parents, and they pressed charges against the kid.

He had to register as a sex offender for several years, take lie detector tests, etc.. the whole thing. It sucked, yeah, but he still went on with his life. He is now no longer registered after finishing it, and is married and has a kid with another on the way. Has a job, a house.. etc.. It's not life ending. It's life altering.

To be registered as a sex offender has many effects people usually don't think about. These guys can't live where they want, or even travel certain routes. Many of them are outcast even within their families. They often go homeless or live 'off the grid/under the table', ironically becoming harder to track. They are forced to create 'pedo colonies' which is more sex offenders in one place (imagine moving into that town). It's a great many things that happen after the fact. It's the same with having a criminal record, a social death sentence for many.

Note: I'm not on the pedo's side. These are facts raised during lectures in class.
