The BADDEST-BAD-BADDEST MAN ON THE PLANET!

Xero 09-25-2011 11:58 PM

LOL at Danielson making mention of London smiling during the limo angle.

Xero 09-26-2011 12:00 AM

Cena has some serious razor burn here. Gillette apparently sucks.

GD 09-26-2011 12:05 AM

I thoroughly enjoyed the compilation but the "OMG!" theme part in between every OMG moment got on my nerves.

I wish they could add some old titles to Netflix.

Also, liked how Punk said he wished they could do more angles today like the snake bite angle.

Was that the angle where WWF officials and Jake thought the snake was de-fanged but it wasn't (or the bite was still strong enough to draw blood)?

Haven't seen the dvd and forgot what was on it.

Xero 09-26-2011 12:19 AM

The Savage/Snake angle, yeah.

Juan 09-26-2011 01:25 AM

God the police in that angle were so awkward. Just remember Austin jumping off the zamboni and pummeling McMahon while the cops were just standing around kinda going ok what do we do now? Should we go in? What's our cue again?

Starts at 1:30. They're just standing there watching Austin pummel Vince completely unsure of what to do.

Xero 09-26-2011 03:03 PM

Sheamus doesn't burn, he gets hip problems from the sun.

lolll outstanding, they should air that on TV

Xero 09-27-2011 10:47 AM

Simmed matches on Fire Pro last night for like an hour. Never did the simming thing before but it's amazing. Was really getting into some of the matches. Ran a tournament and had Joe vs. Booker as an opening round match, and I went in wanting Joe to win but he was pulling all this heelish bullshit like using weapons and about halfway through the match I actually started cheering for Booker. Can't believe a video game can get me that involved.

Xero 09-27-2011 10:57 AM

So this has happened two different weeks now apparently...

From PWInsider:

Everyone was on edge at last night's TV Taping as the week before, Vince McMahon went ballistic when his name was mentioned during an Alberto Del Rio pre-tape. According to one source, McMahon actually grabbed and slammed a monitor down, which sent people scurrying. What was even more amazing was that McMahon himself had approved the segment previously, according to the same source.

I don't ever remember reports coming out McMahon being this edgy even during the Monday Night Wars back in the day, when he actually had reasons to go crazy, since tension was at an all-time high. He always looked like he wasn't sweating it.

Now he's a madman.

When the game first came out, I simmed a battle royal with all the TNA guys in the game. It went almost 40 minutes and had these ridiculous near-falls. I was on the edge of my seat. It's kind of ridiculous how great those sims are.

Holy fuck, I can't believe that you, of all people, have this game.

And yes it is amazing.

Testicle 09-27-2011 09:16 PM

Wait, what version of Fire Pro do you have?

Xero 09-27-2011 09:53 PM

I was playing Fire Pro R, but also have the first GBA game. Used to play SFPWXP on emulators back in the day. Almost bought the Dreamcast version long before the English port of R hit.

And why am I "of all people"?

I want to see the footage of them just after they made this announcement. Probably all burst out laughing.

Emperor Smeat 09-27-2011 10:23 PM

 Hornswoggle on NXT

SPOILER: show
He quit NXT to go on Smackdown believing his relationship with AJ wasn't going to work and maybe hinted at being jealous of Titus always being with her.

At least one benefit to a long season is at least the WWE started to add more WWE wrestlers to the show to prevent too many stale matchups. No end in sight to the actual rookie competition to the show though.

IDK, you don't seem like someone that would appreciate the awesomeness that is FPR.

Good for you, you are a solid human being, and I'm an ass for doubting you.
