I was thinking about this too, and while I definitely think it would help tremendously, I don't think WWE would back the idea at all. The annual release probably makes them enough money where it wouldn't really be worth it from a business standpoint.

Don't think the WWE brass cares how good the game is, as long as it sells. And you know as well as I, that no matter how many people bitch and moan, they will be there on day one the next year to buy the newest installment.

All of the "patches" they've released for this game have been incredibly half-assed and Community Creations is still spotty to say the least. Pretty obvious that once the game is released, they focus on the next year's and don't worry a whole lot about bugs and glitches with the old game.</font>

I've had no serious problems at all with WWE 12 on the 360. I've heard some weird DQ problems can happen in Road to WrestleMania for the Ps3. Though I'm not surprised with the year PS3 has had that it would happen.

As of right now 133 people have downloaded my CM Punk Story mode though.

I love the in-ring announcements for the WWE/World title matches. I will def be buying WWE 13.

God, there aren't many moves in this game are there? Seems like almost everyone has moves in their arsenal that they've never used. It's dangerously close to Legends of Wrestling.

I remember when smackdown could almost rival fire pro with the amount of moves in the game.

Is it possible to change/add things to a wrestlers attire? Or can you only change colours of specific parts of the attire?

Sadly you can only change the colours on selected parts though some characters have quite a few you can change, I do wish it was like No Mercy in that regard however which let you change the colour and the piece itself.

That is what I thought. Damn.

All I wanted to do was add some letters to Brodus Clays attire and give him his Funkasauras suit for his entrance. :(

An interesting thing happened to me today on this game.

Had a 6 man over the top rope battle royal in universe, and during the entrances The Miz attacked my CAW. The match started, and as usual with those cutscenes, the attacker and the victim start outside. The Miz went straight to the ring, but I was free to walk around the outside and grab weapons and throw them in the ring.

Was pretty cool to have a hardcore battle royal.

Still can't download shit because the server still sucks.

Why isn't the DLC Kane tracked in Universe? I was gonna make his mask all red and pretend he's the current Kane.

Am still really enjoying the game. I can look past the little mistakes, but had a crazy one today. Drew McIntyre came down for a triple threat with Del Rio and HHH, but before the match was attacked by....The Invisible Man....Drew proceeded to throw himself about outside the ring and then into the steps before rolling himself unconcious into the ring for the match to begin!

The only thing that really bugs me is the way the PPV's seem to have no relation to the angles. Am able to manipulate it to get really good stories going and rivalries, but they are never booked for PPV's, instead we get random matches that make no sense from the stories, only for certain stories to resume post-PPV like the PPV never happened. Just think they are missing the final step with it in some ways.

Some people have written some guides to make Universe Mode much more enjoyable. One of the biggest suggestions is to go character by character in your show roster and setup their allies/enemies.
I have done that before and it helped. It does not fix everything..but it does help.

You should have the freedom to take the old one out and put the new one in. Bogus.

They should be alternate attires, not entirely new wrestlers.

I think the move sets are slightly different,i noticed Edge has a different set for each version at least, but yeah seems like it would be easier to have them as alternate attires if you cant add them to Universe.
