Victor Cruz having calf surgery, out for rest of the year
|
Think it's just about time to cut him, sadly. :( The cap hit is going to be too much to be worth it.
|
Come to think, the Vito Cruz name change happened just after SB 46. The Giants haven't even made the playoffs since then.
Might need to go back to Big Vito 22 |
Vitokowski

Saints cut loose some guy Rob Ryan
|
Sean Payton confirms Rob Ryan is still the defensive coordinator. Must be some other Rob Ryan.
|
Weird

My client BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROCK OS-WEILER, is starting Week 11.
|
Father Time remains undefeated. Sucks to see Peyton go down like this.

I love that the heel (no pun intended though it works brilliantly) that is plantar fasciitis has reared its ugly head again this season.

Case Keenum is your starting QB for the St. Louis Rams.
Soooooooooo, Eagles win the trade? |
Hes probably going to throw for 500 yards vs the Ravens, im going to the game sunday
|
He beat the Ravens last year or the year before while with Houston, didn't he? Sonofabitch
|
Pretty...idk annoying I guess that almost every week this year NFL has come out and said they botched a call. Why can't they just do their jobs correctly?
Feel like I've made this exact post 3 times. |

Eagles have been doing somewhat well despite how bad Bradford has been at times this season and looks like his injury bug is back. Rams seem to be the same regardless who is their QB and really over-estimated how good Foles would be in their system. |
Yeah, but The Eagles gave up a 2nd round pick for Bradford.
I still think The Rams are winning this trade so far. |

That was a great way to end the 2002 regular season. Weird that they never ended up playing a playoff game despite clinching a spot, though. I definitely don't remember a game happening after that.
|
damn, Shockey.. there's a name I haven't heard in a couple years
|
him and Gronk would probably be best buds if they were on the same team, seem like bros
|
They would probably become The Bash Brothers, which would be awesome

Cowboys downplaying reports of Greg Hardy becoming a growing lockeroom problem with one of the biggest issues being him constantly missing or being late to meetings.
The way Jason Garrett spoke about it recently seemed like he wants Hardy gone but can't because of management. |
Quote:
|
The Cowboys roster needs to throw Greg Hardy a blanket party ala Full Metal Jacket.
|
Greg Hardy is a disgusting person for what he did to his ex; however he shouldn't lose his entire career for it, especially considering the legal outcome of the situation.
But he should lose his job for his conduct being detrimental to the team. It's like people in the media can't discern any other reason to terminate him other than OMG DID YOU SEE THOSE PICTURES! If you want him gone, it's because of that, and you're judgemental and don't believe in second chances. If you don't want him gone, then your heartless and unsympathetic to women. Can't people want him gone because he's a bad employee? |
Didn't he also "go after" a coach on the sidelines or something?

Our quarteback is named Blaine. Like. What the fuck.

Rift between Peyton Manning and the Bronocs rumored to be growing since his benching last week. Rift started way before when the team hired Gary Kubiak as coach instead of Manning's preferred choice of Adam Gase.
Biggest issue the team has is Manning not willing to offer any help to Brock Osweiler to prepare him better for the game tomorrow. Might not even help Osweiler for future games either. http://boston.cbslocal.com/2015/11/2...ractice-field/ |
I enjoy living in a world where Peyton Manning is a huge dick.
|
Really don't wanna believe 2nd part. Although I totally believe him about the Kubiak hiring. Still not sold on it. Gase left for Chicago, offense is in a funk. Something ain't right.
Never got that vibe during his Indy days. |
49ers dysfunction continues as they put Colin Kaepernick on Injured Reserve list. Thus ending his season.
Nobody knows what the "injury" is, however. |
That only took like 2 goal line drives to do that. If they went for the FG the last time they'd have just won the game.
|
I wanted to watch football night in America and I have to see men turning left and a guy winning in a M+M's car. Fuck that.

One last drive.
LETS FUCKING GO |
10-0.
|
:y: Pats won.
 at the announcer right at the end. Refs were pretty bad. |
The Pats are going 19-0. It's pretty obvious at this point.
|
and all because Landon Collins can't catch a fucking football :'(

Johnny Rehab busted down to 3rd string QB after a new party video has surfaced.
So when is Dr. Brownsfrontoffice gonna extract this growing cancer? |
Ravens apparently picked up Jimmy Claussen to QB. Yikes.
|
We are truly lost when we are praising the punishment of a young 20 something for partying and acting his age. If the motherfucker wants to party then let him.
|
I don't know, Heisenberg.
If it's negatively affecting your job you might have to slow the partying down. |
meh
at 20 nobody is ready to be SUPER CEREAL about their career I didn't even go back to college until I was 21, let alone finish it and start my career that being said he's not even that good so w/e |

I see it as the coach trying to discipline someone they don't like and make an example out of him to deter everyone from their shitty record and the fact they are the Cleveland Browns. It's very political looking, Josh McCown must be in on this, never trusted the dude. He looks like Ivan Drago too much Quote:
if he was on a winning team and he got drunk before a game I'd bench him, not when he's on a jobber team like the Browns. It's sad cause they looked to be turning a corner this year and continue to juggle QBs, Denver will fall too with that crap. They should be smart enough to let Peyton come back straight up after recovery. Don't make that mistake dammit |
Honestly I think it's in Cleveland's best interests to play him as much as they can this season and make a definitive move next year. Either Manziel's your guy or he's not. Find out this year and then either stick with him next year or cut bait
|
I'm going all in on this game. Eagles can do this.
|
Chip Kelly sucks
Murray is such a bad fit for that offense |
Eagles can't do this..
Chip Kelly won't last the year. The entire team is entirely over matched. |
Brett Favre, Terrell Owens, and Alan Faneca are the first-timers among the 25 Modern Era HOF finalists revealed this week.
Favre is mortal lock to go in on the first ballot. Faneca will probably need to wait a few years since guards seldom go in right away. Owens' big issue is that there is a backlog of WRs waiting to go in. It's started to clear up recently (Cris Carter 2013, Andre Reed 2014, Tim Brown last year) but there still other guys waiting. Favre will be the first QB enshrinee since 2006, and there's a very good chance at Ken Stabler being elected by the Seniors Committee too. Really can't see 3 QBs going in during the same year, so Warner will need to wait at least another year. I do see Orlando Pace going in to represent the Greatest Show on Turf, and was pretty shocked he wasn't a first ballot guy last year. If Pace goes in I'm not sure about Torry Holt and/or Isaac Bruce going in at the same time. Probably will end up being Marvin Harrison's year as the voters are strongly encouraged to not factor in off-field stuff. Bound to make for an awkward speech though, which is why Tony Dungy might go in at the same time even if the voters try to elect people from different markets. I'd be surprised to not see a defensive player elected as well, so it might be the year for Kevin Greene to go in as a 10-time finalist. Eddie DeBartolo Jr. was nominated in the "Contributors" category. It's just a straight up yes or no vote for him and he needs 80% support. Owner of 5 Super Bowl winning teams that had loads of legends on them, and the announcement is happening in San Francisco. Yeah, he's going in. |
Wow. Eagles got their clocks cleaned. These personnel moves Detroit made a few weeks back made a big time difference it seems.
I'm getting the same vibe, Legend. I think Chip Kelly and the Oregon offense is out after the season. Doesn't work with anybody on that team. |
I had faith in Chip too. Arg.
|
Why did the Eagles give Chip Kelly GM powers to begin with?
Bill Belichick and Pete Carroll are the only other coaches with GM powers but both either had prior NFL experience or shared power with someone else for a while to build the teams. |
That's a good question, Smelly Meatball. Good question indeed.
|
Didn't Andy Reid have roster control at some point with the Eagles? Serious question
|
Reid had control over the Chiefs roster when he was first hired there, but they've since hired a proper GM.
|
seeing that Favre retirement ceremony...always weird to realize how different things may have gone for the franchise had Favre told the Packers from the get-go that he wanted to play in 2008.
Had that happened...Rodgers never gets his chance, his rookie deal expires, he goes somewhere else in 2009 and thrives and the Packers franchise probably goes through an extended rebuilding period. |
Olivia Munn is a succubus. Confirmed.
|
At least the nightcap wasn't a blowout. Pretty surprised the Bears actually won it.
|
I'm secretly hoping the entire NFC North finishes 8-8
|
If the Redskins beat the Giants the Cowboys are still 2 essentially alive 2 GB but really 3. I really hope not cause I'm tired of hearing about the Cowboys
|
Quote:
However Chip Kelly had 2 years of NFL experience when he was given GM duty. It wasn't a good idea. |
Pats WR core down to just 2 WRs now that Aaron Dobson is out for the season and Danny Amendola out vs Broncos tomorrow.
|
Hmph. Broncos might have a shot tomorrow with Edelman and now Amendola out.
|
Pats will still win anyway.
|
There is way too many injuries in NFL now more then ever it seems even though there has been so much precaution taken with hitting.
I think the lack of practice has caused more injuries then there would have been with more practice. I have no data to back this claim up, but I feel like I'm on to something. |
I think players are placed as injured more easily than before. The RB is out with a concussion this week. If this was 10 years ago would the RB still be out? Nope. He would have been playing.

Would need to see some actually statistics on the injuries. Not that I will have a scientific reason behind what is happening but I doubt the percentage of ACL injuries has dramatically increased.

Lions playing 3 games in 12 days. Woo injuries!

:| Gronk's hurt.

Fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk Gronk just got hit by Total Elimination where's the flag?

Every week it's someone the fuck. I think Godell is behind this

Holding? Missing a great game Zebras.

Cheating fucking refs. Scum.
