Could explain Peyton's 2013 season and how it seemed like he barely showed any issues post neck surgery at least until mid-2014.

Think the stuff involving the wife is the same way Roger Clemens got busted.

Ruien 12-26-2015 11:14 PM

Seems unreal Cousins will be in the playoffs.

Sepholio 12-26-2015 11:16 PM

Or we could just ignore the fact that the person who supposedly recorded these conversations is a known 'investment fraud', the guy who is recorded on the tapes says they are bogus, out of context and cobbled together, and Al-Jazeera is now considering airing the documentary without the recordings because they can't vet them.

Sepholio 12-26-2015 11:18 PM

Also come the fuck on with this "I sent it to his wife so it wouldn't be attached to him". That's the second worst person to send it to other than directly to Peyton if you're trying to avoid getting caught.

I was a Redskins fan til the Ravens move to Baltimore. As bad as theyve been for 20 years im so glad they did lol

Betrayal!

ClockShot 12-27-2015 07:38 AM

Al Jazeera is behind this NFL HGH story.

Does this media outfit have any credibility whatsoever besides being the official network for terrorists video messages?

If it was ESPN, a major newspaper, or one of the major networks breaking this story I'd be concerned.

Sepholio 12-27-2015 09:42 AM

Al Jazeera is fairly well respected nowadays but this is definitely new territory for them.

Now that it's come out that the man they claim was giving out drugs at the clinic wasn't even employed there until 2 years AFTER they claim he was giving out the drugs and they couldn't even vet something as simple as his employment history I imagine some of that respect might be going down the drain.

McLegend 12-27-2015 12:36 PM

I think Chip Kelly is coming back next year, and I don't want him to.

I wouldn't mind Sam Bradford coming back. He's the least of their worries.

Sepholio 12-27-2015 12:45 PM

They need to cut Bradford and Kelly loose. Kelly had his chance and he proved that his style belongs at the collegiate level right now.

Bradford is too injury prone and he's just average when he isn't hurt.

They should send Murray packing too while they are at it.

All Kelly proved is he should not have gm powers. He did awesome the past 2 years when he was not making personnel decisions.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-27-2015 02:39 PM

Can't go back to just dating when you've already been engaged.

Ruien 12-27-2015 02:50 PM

You are right. Demotion never happen. Once you are the starting quarterback you stay they forever.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-27-2015 03:19 PM

QB isn't Coach/VP/GM. You idiot.

Ruien 12-27-2015 03:59 PM

Being engaged to someone isn't being a gm/vp/coach you smart fellow.

Ruien 12-27-2015 04:00 PM

Also, remember when Garrett had the power to call the offensive plays in Dallas 3 years ago? Remember how he lost those powers?

Ruien 12-27-2015 04:05 PM

In 2014, the Cowboys named Scott Linehan the passing game coordinator and will take over the play-calling duties from Callahan, who handled the job in 2013. Callahan will continue to hold the offensive coordinator/offensive line title.

Ya, I copied and pasted because I am on my phone. Do you want me to keep going?

Those are NOT the same thing as GM. Are you intentionally being stupid? You said personnel decisions. You can't list examples that don't fit that to fit your point you halfwit.

Droford 12-27-2015 04:09 PM

Yes, if you can show me somebody who became the Coach/GM and then went back to being jut the Coach. Ya know? The power to hire and fire?

Corndad 12-27-2015 04:12 PM

Lol Droford comes out of the Darkness the one good thing his team does all year.

Steelers don't deserve playoffs after that. How do you beat Bengals and Broncos and lose this game. Inexcusable.

#1-norm-fan 12-27-2015 04:19 PM

Pretty sure Mike Holmgren was coach and GM of the Seahawks originally and then was fired as GM a couple seasons later but stayed on as head coach.

Either way though, STD isn't a very smart man.

McLegend 12-27-2015 04:31 PM

Either way Chip Kelly shouldn't be in the NFL.

Ruien 12-27-2015 05:26 PM

You were just proven wrong at every angle you went on, after having to cover your tracks multiple times, but I am the idiot. 100% truth.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-27-2015 05:39 PM

You didn't come up with Holgrem. You were wrong comparing coordinators to GMs.

It happened once. It won't happen this time. Holmgrem was coming off a Super Bowl win to get those powers. He probably got paid more of a base salary (as a Coach) to stay on.

Ruien 12-27-2015 05:42 PM

Well, you said coaches, VPs, and GMS after players were not subjected to the convo. I gave you a coordinator and head coach example. Then it was on GMs, and VPS which Fan responded to before me.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-27-2015 05:45 PM

You said Chip Kelly was better when he was not making what Bill Parcells would call "buying the groceries."

Those two examples you gave were not equal to that.

Play calling and coordinators =/= to VP of Player Operations.

Ruien 12-27-2015 05:48 PM

To save me from getting annoyed/angry with your stupidity I am going to stop posting. Thank you for your time STD.

Emperor Smeat 12-28-2015 12:32 AM

According to reports, both the NFL and MLB have started investigations regarding the recent roids report and the alleged players so far revealed.

In regards to the NFL, what caught them by surprise the most was the supposed type of roids Peyton was using and/or being ordered for his wife. Either they were unaware about it before or about players possibly using it since it probably doesn't get detected in the current roids testing.

Clay Matthews seems to be exonerated at the moment since the stuff listed he supposedly was taking is legal by NFL rules.

Emperor Smeat 12-28-2015 07:28 PM

Mike Holmgren rumored to be interested in the 49ers head coaching job if its made avaliable this offseason. Had the chance to coach the Raiders this season before the team went with Jack Del Rio instead.
Quote:

Robert Klemko of MMQB.com reports that former Packers and Seahawks HC Mike Holmgren has expressed interest in the 49ers head-coaching job.

Dave Softy Mahler points out that Holmgren has been “very open” about his interest in returning to the 49ers, and mentioned that he would talk with them regarding an opportunity if they were interested.

ClockShot 12-28-2015 07:33 PM

If Holmgren stuck around he probably could have had the Browns job and fixed that mess up real good.

But San Fran is his stomping grounds. Gonna be hard to turn down if the Niners offer the job to him.

But, I can see him not taking it. If guys like Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden, and Tony Dungy don't wanna go back, I can easily see Mike Holmgren not coming back to the game.

Ruien 12-28-2015 09:31 PM

Bengals winning g the AFC and losing in the Superbowl. Going to be amazing.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-29-2015 01:29 AM

At least his hot wife will be popular again if that happens. All roads lead to New England after they trounce the Dolphins though.

ClockShot 12-29-2015 04:12 PM

McLegend 12-29-2015 07:38 PM

I mean he shouldn have been fired, but I didn't think it would happen.

Emperor Smeat 12-29-2015 07:40 PM

Did he also get fired as the GM or just as a coach?

ESPN only mentions he got booted as their coach on their website.

ClockShot 12-29-2015 07:46 PM

Woooooooooooooooooow. I think most of us knew it might have been coming. But I was expecting this at the end of the season.

He made all these moves, and shoved his Oregon offense down the Eagles throat. And it simply just......didn't.........work.

So, what to do now with these cogs in the machine? Sam Bradford, DeMarco Murray, Kiko Alonzo, Ryan Matthews, Darren Sproles, etc. Someone else is gonna come in with their own system and some of these guys might not be a part of it.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-29-2015 08:15 PM

That stupid shit about looking at the sideline after every play? Da fuck was that about? Coach your players to be able to read the defense and plan accordingly. Won't learn from just taking orders. Just takes that 1 win to get over that hump. Even without Dalton beating the Jets or Chiefs is doable. If Dalton comes back the week after that no reason they will lose to Denver.

Supposedly just be a motivator while everyone else handled the actual coaching stuff which sounds really odd to do for a head coach hiring.

This was the 49ers master plan going into the season:
