Its a weird system at character creation, you must have gotten at least that far. Once your playing it builds kinda like it does in single player. You get bonuses for headshots and whatnot. Your XP builds as you do activities (I've only been able to hold up a store before it craps on me). You get pluses for killing other players as well, but I'm not sure how that works yet. It also seems lile there are more For Sale signs about than I recall seeing in Single Player.

Yeah, I got in the creation stuff, but a no-go at getting into the GTA Online world. I'm contempt though as they work out the kinks and fix everything. They told us in advance so that is good enough for me.

When it set my stats at the start of creating I was wearing a blazer and slacks and as soon as I changed my partying and illegal activities stats it set me with a hoodie and jeans and I looked like fucking mackelmore

I just offline after being on there for 4 hours. It took a few restarts to finally get the race to load up. After you finish that, buy clothes, rob a store then go to Cypress Flats to get a quick "Know how" for how some of the multiplayer elements work, getting connected should be easier. I've been able to jump right on ever since getting the beginning crap done.

I got a random text from Simeone and he unlocked buyable properties for me....except getting the money together is gonna be a bitch. The most I've been able to get is from holding up some places that it lets you. Provided another player doesn't do it first, then you gotta try to chase THEM down and steal it. It was fun. I'm not sure how to do any Crew related activities yet though.

I have a car I customized, but it got impounded because I got killed by cops. Now I gotta try to steal it. Awesome stuff.

What's also pretty cool is that you can 'bank' money that you pick up so that when so when someone kills you, they can't get it. The ATM machines let you deposit/withdraw money at anytime.

You can do it from your phone. I've started doing this when I leave a job, which is about the only time I'm in a public lobby.

Yeah, took me about an hour and a half of constantly restarting before I got in. It was a fairly long wait for the race to start, but I just let it load until i started (about 10 minutes by that point.)

I had other things to do around the house so I had my son keep an eye on it for me.

Underwhelmed so far. Finally got the tutorial race to work and then had more issues after winning. Then had to do the second mission and then a third. The third is a LTS in which I took down two players on my own. Handicap match.

Now what? How do I get an apartment or create things?

BTW anyone in the TPWW crew should check their crew status if they are in another crew. It automatically puts you in the first one you joined.

After the first two missions you're in Free Roam and you can take or deny any job. From there the world's yours. You have missions from characters like the main game you can take and invite players to join. Or you can find missions, races, and deathmatches to start with other players (should they join).

When you level up you get access to more options and weapons. I got level ten playing with RoXer, Figs, and Alva and now I can put a bounty on any player in the session (which other players can take on for cash reward). For now you just focus on character missions and easy solo jobs. Robbing stores is quick money, too. You will not be able to afford an apartment any time soon so be patient on that. Content Creation didn't launch yet.

Had some fun with the guys, even thought we had some growing pains playing as a team. We gotta plan things better, and probably inject some stealth into our actions. A mission had a gang kick our ass until Alva thought of simply ramming the car into them, with Fig going all die hard later on. If we're not on the same page things are tough.

How would you guys feel about pooling our cash for big buys like an apartment? We could use a base of operations.

SAVE YOUR MONEY:
- Take death very seriously. Medical expenses add up. Do not fuck with cops if you can help it.
- Maintain your car. Wrecking it costs you. Make sure only Friends and Crew can use it.
- ATM drop after every job. No exceptions. Do this.

We gotta chill with the random violence, I will not be a part of it just so I don't have to worry about medical expense. When it's go time I get that, but random shit isn't worth the trouble. I assume the guys running around causing a fuss are broke fuckers, we can do better.

As I mentioned I do have my own Crew, the Kalyx Triads. If you wanna join let me know. TPWW Crew is our thing but the Triads will have... special hobbies I'm cooking up. People wanna get fucked up, I'll show them fucked up.
