OssMan 09-26-2010 04:04 PM

The fucking Fox NFL mobile update has no other purpose than to put some girl who is supposed to be attractive on TV for 15 seconds.

OssMan 09-26-2010 04:05 PM

Shit I forgot to pick them this week

Team Sheep 09-26-2010 04:10 PM

Joe Kerr 09-26-2010 04:14 PM

Where the hell did Mike wallace come from he torched me today. Ironicaly i have Hines ward who other than a touchdown didnt do shit today.

Team Sheep 09-26-2010 04:18 PM

Lol Hartley.

Emperor Smeat 09-26-2010 04:21 PM

I should be worried about the defense giving up too many points to the Bills but at the same time the defense is very young and expected to get even younger after next year's draft.

At least the Patriots managed to score and do well in the 2nd half unlike the 1st two weeks and kept costly turnovers and penalties down.

Evil Vito 09-26-2010 04:23 PM

<font color=goldenrod>Hate to say it but the Giants just simply aren't that good. Way too many fundamental mistakes. A shame really since Eli looked awesome except for that boneheaded pick.

I may be going to next week's game against the Bears. Fucking hate night games, but my choices for games to go to this year are limited. Better to go now before their season becomes completely irrelevant.</font>

IC Champion 09-26-2010 04:30 PM

I wish I could go to a game:'(

OssMan 09-26-2010 04:31 PM

The Redskins look fucking terrible

OssMan 09-26-2010 04:32 PM

The o-line is past the prime and Coughlin doesn't have control of the team. Special Teams is fucking horrendous.

<font color=goldenrod>LOL when Vick threw a TD pass near the end of the first half you could see Kolb throw his hands up in the air like YES! And when he put them down you could tell he was thinking "fuck :( I'm not starting again anytime soon"</font>

McLegend 09-26-2010 06:19 PM

The Michael Vick experience is making this look pretty easy.

Juan 09-26-2010 06:25 PM

Tried watching that niners game today. Didn't work out too well.

Hopefully the Raiders can pull it off

Note; I picked Atlanta:D

More expert analysis from Droford.

owenbrown 09-26-2010 06:54 PM

Broncos should have took the FG on that drive

Emperor Smeat 09-26-2010 07:02 PM

Apparently ESPN is reporting Braylon Edwards wasn't punished because he was arrested and got a DWI but because he managed to get arrested late at night.

Quote:

"We felt he didn't deserve to start based on the fact that ... not for the arrest as much as going out and being out until 5 in the morning," Tannenbaum said Sunday morning as a guest of Ian O'Connor on 1050 ESPN Radio.
Quote:

In terms of the hour of arrest, the players didn't have a curfew. In fact, the Jets didn't have practice Tuesday -- it was a mandatory day off for the players.
As of right now he's only pulled as a starter but could play depending on the situation in the game (aka Jets loosing).

I'd have been less pissed about that 4th down attempt if Orton's throw hadn't landed 5 yards away from the receiver

Ive got a $1,000 on a 9 team parlay riding on the fucking Chargers and fucking fuck ass norv turner keeps fucking kicking the ball to leon fucking washington.

All I need is the chargers to win since I took a teaser to get them + 1/2.

CSL 09-26-2010 07:23 PM

lol this will be the Rams first home win in 14 games. How is there anybody in that stadium?

RP 09-26-2010 07:23 PM

you bet 1k on a 9 team parlay? I hope you lose. Thats retarded.

Ermaximus 09-26-2010 07:29 PM

Umm RP, or the poster formerly known as RP, I just wanna say, Austin Collie is a magnificent bastard.

RP 09-26-2010 07:31 PM

Collie is amazing. He was great in the playoffs last year. He had a great rookie year. He might go to the Pro Bowl this year. I'm pretty sure Garcon officially lost the starting WR spot today.

CSL 09-26-2010 07:31 PM

As well as sounding like a charming breed of dog.

CSL 09-26-2010 07:32 PM

That's fine with me as Collie is on my fantasy team and the guy I was playing has Garcon. He called me a bitch because I picked Collie up off waivers 2 weeks ago. :D

Droford 09-26-2010 07:47 PM

and Id be surprised if they aren't 4-0 after next week. I really can't see the Ravens beating them in pittsburgh sadly.

Didn't take long but Saints already looking at a new kicker for the team starting tomorrow.

John Carney gets a tryout tomorrow and the team is going to decide whether to take him or keep Hartley for another week.

Aright what's going on in this game

RoXer 09-26-2010 11:44 PM

Jets had a chance to go up by 9 and put the game away

Evil Vito 09-27-2010 12:16 AM

<font color=goldenrod>It's really sad to see how far the Giants' line has fallen. I remember that game in Dallas just last year where they were trucking everybody on the game-winning drive. It was a great run they had, but now 4 of them are 30 or older. Time to let the younger guys get some playing time. Andrews should definitely be getting some starts now, and if Beatty comes back healthy he should too.

Diehl-Andrews-O'Hara-Snee-Beatty

Definitely try to grab a center in the 2011 draft since I'm really not sold on Koets.</font>

Gonzo 09-27-2010 12:18 AM

Yeah, I echo Vito on that.

Maybe an older line could work with a finesse scheme, but that really isn't the Giants style, and it's clearly shown through the first few games.

SammyG 09-27-2010 12:41 AM

RAMS

SammyG 09-27-2010 12:42 AM

Hey now, I was totally right about the Titans at least, and I will stick by my assertion that in 2 weeks Chris Johnson's gonna run all over the Cowboys.

Droford 09-27-2010 03:28 AM

The Steelers come out of the bye after the Ravens game with a game with the Browns, but then they play the toughest stretch of games @Dolphins/@Saints/@Bengals/Patriots. The toughest part is the fact that the first 3 are on the road in a row which will be brutal for any team and the last 3 are all primetime games. Granted at the end of the year people might look back and see they beat the Titans and Falcons who both look to be playoff contenders now, but the Steelers season is going to ride on those 4 games.

It would be funny if they manage to go 4-0 w/o Big Ben, 5-0 to start and then struggle with him as QB in that tough road game stretch.

Team Sheep 09-27-2010 08:48 AM

God that Jets game wasn't pretty defensively but it's a hell of a win. Showed great character to pull that one out. The Dolphins just play the Jets so well. Kyle Wilson was a bit of a deer in the headlights at times. Had more faith in the offense last night. Maybe I'm still talking too soon but I no longer watch Sanchez step back into the pocket and brace myself for something ugly. He's really bossing people around on the bench now too, cool to see his confidence growing.

Evil Vito 09-27-2010 10:59 AM

<font color=goldenrod>Week 4's Schedule looks pretty weak on paper:

San Francisco at Atlanta
Cincinnati at Cleveland
NY Jets at Buffalo
Seattle at St. Louis
Denver at Tennessee
Detroit at Green Bay
Baltimore at Pittsburgh
Carolina at New Orleans
Indianapolis at Jacksonville
Houston at Oakland
Washington at Philadelphia
Arizona at San Diego
Chicago at NY Giants
New England at Miami

Trap games aplenty?</font>

Cooler Tom Schuler 09-27-2010 11:05 AM

Evil Vito 09-27-2010 12:32 PM

<font color=goldenrod>Trent Edwards released

Is there really any way the Bills are stupid enough to NOT go QB in the first round next year? They should want to have the best record so they could get Jake "The Hurt" Locker</font>

RP 09-27-2010 01:16 PM

I bet Carolina signs Edwards

Hanso Amore 09-27-2010 01:18 PM

Like I hated Edwards.

Everyone is glad he is gone. But It angers me that the "BRAIN" trust went through this offseason, ignored the spot and were like "THis is out guy!".

THen cut in week 3.

Good job there.

ClockShot 09-27-2010 02:12 PM

3 games into the season and the axe is swinging.

49ers fire Offensive Coordinator Jimmy Raye, a day after Singletary said his job was safe for the remainder of the season.

IC Champion 09-27-2010 02:15 PM

Singletary probably has no say at this point, he's probably next. Hopefully the cowboys hire him as defensive cooridinator at the end of the season when Wade and company get the axe.

Ermaximus 09-27-2010 03:41 PM

At this point, I'd rather have Trent Edwards than that piece of shit David Garrard.

Maybe the Jags should cut Scobee so the Saints can have him? Hell, he's our best player at the moment.
