That escape attempt from the Walls of Jericho was the best "escape from a submission" spot I have seen in awhile.... Styles really sold that he was that close to tapping out....

Good debut for Styles. Kind of a rough start, but that's to be expected, working on WWE TV for the first time--Rumbles don't really count--and with someone he's never worked with before. It'll get better as he gets house show time and gets familiar with people.

The fact that he got a win in his TV debut and got to keep his name and shit and got to go straight to the main roster seems to suggest they have things planned for him.

Styles vs Jericho was good.

Really like that are teasing the Clash for Styles. Could have easily gotten rid of it for safety reasons but the pop when he hits it is going to be huge like with Itami and the GTS.

I bet the "Superstars" hate being filmed in the car for that show, because it means they have to keep it PG.

Maybe he won't hit it until Itami gets to the main roster, and then they will finally hit those finishers on each other!

That's one of the big differences I see from the wrestler now and the guy in TNA for most of his career there. His psychology is so much more sophisticated.

Good match - can see he's struggling a little with the pace which is to expected when he's going straight to the main roster against guys like Jericho who are so well versed in the 'WWE style', without house shows or time in the performance centre.

Can see him only getting better, especially up against people he's more familiar with.
