Once a participant has control of the extension cord, he has sixty seconds to plug in the 7000 watt searchlight. If the time limit expires, the cord will be confiscated by the official and raised to the top of a triple-decker cage, which the participants must then scale to gain possession of it. If the cage electrifies five times with no fatalities, the audience will vote by applause as to whether 10000 gallons of water will be dropped onto the participants to hasten the process.
